“Happy Honeymooners!!!” My Wife has already wrote a review but I feel like I need to reiterate how happy we both were with the resort and its staff. From the second we got out of the taxi we were treated like royalty, every staff member that walks by has a big smile and says good morning or hello every time. The facilities were amazing, we booked at late notice and the only rooms available was the most average rooms in the entire resort, but I must say they were beautiful and had everything we needed. Room service were fast, the buffet breakfast was fantastic and the bar staff make some of the best cocktails I've ever had. The pool was crystal clear and chlorine free, I could swim with eyes open. OH and the massages OMG amazing and so cheap it's about $60 Australia for over 2 hours of pure heaven. If you're looking for a place that have staff who make you feel like family and a resort that has the best of everything then you need the Burasari. |

“Convenient, Quiet, Relaxing, Close to Everything.” My Wife has already wrote a review but I feel like I need to reiterate 5 of 5 starsReviewed 1 week ago NEWWonderful stay at this gorgeous resort. My son and I stayed in two deluxe rooms on the 3rd floor which were away from the pool area and a bit of a walk from the lift but not really a major problem for us since we used the stairs mostly. The two separate pool areas were great with good shade though you had to be quick to get a sun lounge. The restaurant and bar area was lovely (both breakfast and dinner). The location was awesome - close enough to walk everywhere but drivers available at the front of the hotel. Our rooms had beach towels and beach basket, thongs, bathrobes, pay tv, massive king size bed, bathtub and shower. If I was heading back to Phuket with my husband we would definitely stay here again but would book a room with direct pool access on the first floor - absolutely stunning. + wifi - excellent + air-con - excellent + service - excellent + location - excellent + service - excellent + food & cocktails - excellent |

“What a great place!!!!” What a wonderful holiday at Burasari. The staff were just the best!! “Phuket at its best” From the time i arrived (Ping Pong and apple helped with my luggage) i was treated like a king. The hotel is in a perfect position about a 10 minute walk to Bangla road and 2 minute walk to the beach. Hooters the end of the street(3 minute walk), Irish pub next door and Hard Rock another 1 minute further than hooters. The Hotel itself is Fantastic, 2 huge swimming pools with a swim up bar and 2 pool tables as well. Breakfast is a wide spread of food with the gentleman cooking the eggs always smiling, had to get up every morning to eat breakfast, even after a late night at Bangla road. The rooms were perfect as well, perfect size(medium size), beds were huge and not overly hard, just right for me. Wifi worked all the time and the bathroom was a decent size with a walk in shower. Thought the place was great!! |

“The best of the best” The decoration of the hotel is perfect; the location is perfect near the beach near the 7 eleven shop ;; the spa is very unique and the staff is nice and try all the time to help . The hotel is very clean apple and Oil from the front desk are very very nice; they help us a lot for any question or demand :) Very recommended ! |

“Great room” Had a great week at the burasari. Friendly staff, great room, very comfy bed. Food was of high quality and good variety. Thai buffet on Thursday night was delicious. Pools were clean, however had to get up early to get a chair. Hotel is close enough to Bangla Road to walk but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. 2 minutes to the beach and good shopping |

“A relaxing paradise in patong” Very peaceful and tropical hotel. The staff really friendly and funny, ready to help for everything and they know how to take a good care of their hotel, keeping it clean and lovely. The spa is something i definitely recomend after a busy day and the spa staff knows how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. We stayed at the premium rooms and when you get out and sit its like you are in a tropical paradise, listening to the waterfalls of the pool and the birds singing and watching the blue crystal clear water among the green trees and flowers, drinking coconut water in a real coconut fruit. The pool bar and the food amazing and here you can taste the real thailand food. Love it, love it... Definitely coming back!!! |

“18 days of bliss” From the moment we arrived, the Burasari grade of hospitality was obvious.. We felt very welcomed by our driver and the humble staff at reception and were escorted to a nicely decorated room with a welcome note on our bed.. The room was perfect and the day bed on our balcony was amazing.. The grounds are beautifully tropical with 2 relaxing pools, both with waterfalls running all day and the sounds of Paxo the African Grey parrot in the background really set the scene.. The breakfast buffet was on par with the best, great food with hilarious and accommodating staff.. We couldn't ask for more however, the true highlight of our stay was Kwang, the pool bar manager.. an absolute credit to the resorts mantra.. So friendly, fun and incredibly helpful.. Kwang is the reason we will come back to this resort again, and again and hopefully, again! Thank you to all the staff that assisted us during our stay, the Burasari is, by far, the best resort in Patong! |

“This hotel is in perfect location” We stayed at the Burasari in July 2015. We got upgraded to a room with pool view. The room was very spacious and quiet. We loved the location because it was just about 50m from the beach and just around the corner from all the little shopping stalls, eating places etc. The staff was very friendly and always helpful - it couldn't have been any more pleasant to stay at the Burasari. The breakfast buffet was more than generous and with nothing to desire for - there was just about anything available. We would like to thank the staff at the breakfast restaurant Kantok at this point, especially Pam, Kung, Bum, Nam, Tom, Oy, Kwang and Pin for their friendliness. We felt very welcome and comfortable at the Burasari and would go back there anytime without even looking at other places. Very happy there ! |

“Burasari a winner ” Great location to patong beach our room was on the street so we could see the ocean which is a 2 minute walk away,rooms are well appointed with free minibar perfect air conditioning and comfortable bed very well priced, breakfast is a smorgasbord of cultural delights as well as western favourites but plenty to choose from, the pool stage are fantastic I could not thank (poew,jak and kwang) for there hospitality and services as well as letting me win a few games of pool : ) enjoy your stay. |

“Boutique hotel right next to the beach!” I booked this hotel at the last minute for a short weekend getaway from Singapore. “Great hotel” We stayed a few weeks ago and the weather was not great. Rained most of the time but that did not dampen our spirits as we spent a lot of the time at the resort, socialising with the staff, other visitors, playing pool and drinking cocktails. What more could you want. The staff were amazing and could not fault them at all. The rooms were lovely as we had a look at a few of the different styles of rooms and they all have their own character. Will definitely go back again next year. The food at the restaurant is very nice and the Buffett breakfast is amazing . The hotel is situated at the end of the street and writhing 1 min walking distance to market shopping and restaurants . “great stay, nice rooms, good location in Patong” First time in Patong, overall great stay and beautiful resort hotel. Also have a great king-size bed, perfect night sleep. We stayed 4D3N. Location : about 1 hour from airport (smooth traffic), easy to find (opposite Holiday Inn) Taxi cost around 600 baht one-way from airport, booked via the taxi meter counter (located at exit, turn right follow "Taxi Meter" sign) Accessibilty : 2 mins to beach front, and lots of other shops, affordable thai massages and food. Room : Premier room, 2nd floor, spacious and well appointed, clean, comfortable king-size bed and best sleep! free minibar (2 Chang beer, 3 soft drinks, mineral water, oreo chocolate chip) that is refilled everyday. Minibar supply is more than enough for a short stay. Pool : there are 2 pools, clean and great size for early morning swims. Hotel has prepared a beach bag with towels in every room so that you could bring it to the pool or beach. Staff : very friendly and helpful and speaks fluent English. Breakfast : good selection of western and asian, and very good service staff. Food near hotel : mainly western food restaurants and seafood restaurants. We had supper at Hooters ( 2 mins from the hotel) which was great. Massages near hotel : plenty of massages, and opens as early as 10 am - 11 pm. Getting around from hotel : Strongly recommend : There's a little tour desk with minibus rental or car rental service just next to the hotel, in front of 7-eleven. We booked our driver from there for a full day and half day tour (we can specify our own itinerary, e.g.. lunch at Mor Mu Dong, they are very flexible) It was a very pleasant experience. Our driver was Mr. Adisak Wormglaksanapan (John). John. Tel : 09 2243 5214 , or +669 2243 5214 (international call). John was very reliable and responsible and took us to places we wanted to visit. Price was reasonable too depending on no. of hours you book. Had a really pleasant time with him driving us around. You can also book the airport transfer from hotel-airport there too. We had a 6 am airport transfer booking for an early morning flight, and our driver turned up on time. |

“Brilliant for first time travellers” We stayed in a Premier room, and for first time travellers the Burasari was great - very friendly welcoming staff, clean rooms and a buffet breakfast each morning. Kwang and Pin at the Pool Bar were brilliant, reminding us of happy hour each day and making it a fun and friendly atmosphere. We have eaten at their Kantok restaurant several times and the food was lovely. Overall a great place to stay!! |

Oasis in heart of Patong Pros: Staff are lovely, breakfast is good, rooms are good, setting is really nice. There is plenty of running water everywhere. Cons: The bathrooms could do with an update but overall very good. We were greeted with a smile and a refreshing tropical drink and towel. The staff were very accommodating even with a mix up of rooms and me requesting three changes, the smiles never left their faces. The hotel itself is lovely and very quiet inside. The rooms are well appointed and apart from slightly hard beds everything is very nice. It is not 5 star so don't expect it but it is very high up there for the price that you pay. The breakfast is lovely with plenty of choice. Egg station is great and they do a mean poached. The resort is 50mtrs from the beach and in a great spot. Otop is at the other end of the road for great shopping, bars and eating. The walk to Bangla is about 10-15mins depending on your pace but is good exercise. Naturally there are plenty of offers of taxi or tuk-tuk along the way! We didn't eat at the resort apart from breakfast as there are so many choices nearby that are great. There are two convenience stores on either side and a chemist. The two pools are well maintained and lovely. The large square one is 1.4mtrs and has lounges that get the morning sun. The other pool that circles around a central podium has chairs on it and you get mainly afternoon sun. There is not much room for basking but in saying that we didn't have a problem moving chairs to get some. The rooms are lovely and ours was on the second floor with a day bed which was just divine to sit out on. The mossies are quite prolific at dusk and repellent is needed. |

"Top quailty on the beach" The hotel was fine with decent sized room . Good beds and large bathroom . Breakfast at the hotel was also very good and something for every taste . The hotel had two nice pools but very few sunbeds . This pulls down slightly . The location was perfect with the beach just 2 minutes away . In addition, there were close to other good resturants and market. In connection with the hotel there was also a good smoothie bar which also sold lunch , this is worth a visit . |

| Guest Review | “A gem in Patong's crown” This is a fabulous boutique-style hotel in a fantastic location with beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife right on the doorstep. The excellent staff typify the warmth and sincerity of traditional Thai hospitality and the levels of service delivered surely reflect the high standards demanded and expected by the General Manager. I recommend the ground floor rooms with terrace and pool access. The buffet breakfast is as good as I have experienced anywhere in Thailand. Just a short walk to the beach and warm seas of Patong Bay. Outstanding value. |

| Guest Review | “Bit dated but FABULOUS staff” This was my fourth trip to Phuket & this time decided to get a little closer to the action. The Burasari certainly provides easy access to the beach, food & shopping. If you are looking for a hotel that is 'super flash' this is probably not the one but if being relaxed & in the company of the fabulous staff. The manager Jan was highly professional and a real asset to the place BUT the bartender Laura was just fabulous with that great Thai smile and happy attitude. If you are looking to impress a new partner go somewhere else (& spend more) but if you want to chill and just enjoy a relaxed holiday for reasonable price go to Burasari. |

| Guest Review | “Perfect hotel for older couples!” We stayed at the burasari for 12 days and we were very pleased with our experience. Boom was at the reception when we arrived and she made the check in very easy and quick. Once in the the room, there was a weird smell, the kind of smell you get in all the tropical countries. The restaurant was pricey but delicious and the staff very attentive and helpful. On our first day, we decided to go for a swim in the "pretty" pool, and we realised that actually nobody really swims there. They just lounge on the few chairs and read all day. The other pool was much more active, but we'd still get weird looks from playing volleyball in it. The staff at both bar were very accommodating and polite. Kwang at the swim up bar is awesome and Luna at Misty's is also very nice. A few days into our trip, I got really sick (not from the restaurant) and the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I am also allergic to seafood, so on the free tapas day, they made some just for me and it made me feel special that they thought about it. Although the hotel has activities every days, this is not a party hotel. We tried to mingle with other people our age ( late 20 to mid 30) but there was mostly older couples (60 and up) which were also nice, but not to party with. The plants between the pool and the bar could be replaced with chairs. Lovely hotel, clean, spacious room, breakfast great. Only thing the pool - there weren't enough seats around the pool. If you didn't get there early - you missed out. We checked the availability the morning of our treatment, and booked our appointment for later in the day. There was a promotion for 2 people and we paid the equivalent of $75 AUD for a foot wash, dry body scrub, sauna, full body scrub, full body oil massage, face massage and foot massage. | Guest Review | “An incredible experience!” Me and my family had chosen the Burasari Resort for our Thailand holiday and were a little down on our holiday after the place we stayed in at Bangkok. The Resort, Restaurant and especially its staff turned around the experience. Over the few days here, we ate a number of dishes and they were all incredible. They were fresh and full of flavours. They were even more than willing to adjust dishes specifically for our liking or our ability to take Chilli. Standout dishes were the curries and soft shell crabs. The freshness of the local ingredients stood out and the prices were quite reasonable. This review would not be comlete without a special thank you to Kwang for making us feel so at home together with Joe and Pearl for the incredible drinks. Koy and Laura were also nothing short of amazing together with the rest of the staff that we unfortunately didn't catch their names. |

| Guest Review | “Top quality food and sevice” Being part of a hotel and spa, we had our reservations about going here but with so many great reviews, we had to give it a go... We weren't disappointed. My husband and I shared 2 starters (fresh & fried spring rolls and a papaya salad) and 2 mains (beef massaman curry and stir fried veg in oyster sauce). The papaya salad was delicious and was actually enough for a main course, with a huge piece of bbq chicken on the side. The fried spring rolls were light, tasty and beautifully crisp while the fresh veggie spring rolls were a refreshing and welcome change. This was the first place we found that does fresh rolls. The beef massaman was the stand out dish, with melt in the mouth pieces of beef cheek and a fragrant, rich but not over-powering curry sauce. The stir fried veg added a lovely colourful crunch. Both dishes came with steamed rice included. All in, with a jug of Chang and 2 soda waters, we paid 1400 Baht. The prices reflected the quality of the food and you certainly wouldn't leave hungry. The service was attentive, perhaps a little overly so, with 3 people asking if we were happy with the food and another 3 asking if we wanted desert. The food came quite quickly which was nice. Unfortunately there were only a few other tables being occupied and so the atmosphere was a bit bland (apart from the family who were put right beside us and who let their 2 young children run around screaming) but the guitar player was good. All in all we're glad we went as the food was great. |

You will be surrounded with greens and the noise of the streets goes away. I had an expert on Thai food with me and she said, that this is how the Thai food should be. One noticeable change is that the Thai restaurants have reduced in numbers and now there are many more doing food from the Middle East and India. However, there are still many places to enjoy authentic Thai food. The beach is fine sand and there is a whole range of activity to enjoy - at a cost. The number of massage parlours seems to have multiplied 10 fold but if you can afford it do partake of the hotels own spa - it is EXCELLENT, just ask my wife !!! |

| Guest Review | “Everything we wanted” I researched for quite a while before settling on the Burasari. Whilst not extremely dear, it wasn't cheap either. We originally booked a premier room, but on arrival, the staff were happy, at our request, to show us superior room, which was an extra $30 or so AUD a day. We happily upgraded to a bigger and better room with a lovely day bed on the patio. It was a shame the music started so early in the morning and was on a repeat loop, otherwise I would have spent more time out there. The room was lovely, and I loved the free mini bar - 2x oreo biscuits, 2x crisps, 2x chang beer and 4x these other types of sodas (which I didn't try). A nice touch. The bathroom was also lovely. The air con was right over the bed, making it a little too full on to have on at night, but we survived easily without it on. I loved the little door signs that could be changed to suit your mood - a nice touch. There was lots of storage space, lovely robes, and lovely amenities. The shower was large with v. good water pressure. The pool and grounds of the hotel were also lovely. It was not overly commercial, and I loved the Thai look of it. The breakfast buffet was lovely. I had eggs most mornings and also croissants which the staff happily heated up, but the star was this coconut jam which I tried on my second morning and quickly became addicted to… it was divine. The juices could have been fresh in my opinion, rather than the sugary stuff they served, but otherwise, there was a great selection of everything you could want. The pool bar served cocktails 2 4 1 every afternoon, but I wasn't in any way impressed with them, so didn't order them a second time. The pizza we did order however, was very good and I would have definitely had that again, had it not been the last day that I tried it. The staff were very helpful with anything that we needed, no complaints there. The juice bar which is attached to the hotel was pretty good also, but a little dearer than outside the hotel. The location was great, only a few short minutes walk to anywhere you really wanted to go. Wi fi continually dropped in and out which annoyed me on a regular basis - that was probably my only real complaint. Overall, I loved the hotel, but didn't love Phuket to be honest. It was my second visit and it will be my last. I will try somewhere new next time, but was glad to have been at the Burasari. |

| Guest Review | “Relaxing retreat in the middle of Patong” My family and I stayed there in January for 17 nights . It was our first time at burasari but we will be back for sure! My husband has never spoken so highly of a resort. Our 4th trip to Thailand and we have stayed in lovely resorts but he raved about this one. Location was fantastic, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk to shops, restaurants etc. 30 second walk from the beach. Staff were so friendly and happy to help whenever needed. Pay the extra for the premium pool access room, it's worth it! Swim up bar is fantastic but largely because of a wonderfull staff member they have by the name of Kwang! Even bought my husband and I a gift on our last day. Francia was also fantastic. She was on the front desk and new all her guests by name and nothing was any trouble . Couldn't fault any of the staff they were all great but those 2 just stood out. The lady that was cleaning room 3102 through our stay in January- sorry forgot name, she did a fantastic job and room was immaculate! Breakfast was lovely, room service great, and really reasonable prices. Spa treatments a must, had 4 different treatments while we were there, again felt price was fair for a resort. All in all our time at burasari was unbelievable and we look forward to returning |

My wife and i have just had a discussion as to whether it was excellent or very good it was a close run thing. 1. Location is perfect giving you easy access to the beach, the restaurants the shopping - easy access to the rest of Phuket via the Buses, taxis, Tuk Tuk ..... etc - we have stayed elsewhere in Patong and this has been the best location. 2. The Hotel is a true Thai Style boutique Hotel run by people that care and Smile. 3. Our room was spacious good balcony with day bed, minibar and safe in the price. 4. Breakfast offered a wide selection the hardest choice was what to have - noodles, local dishes, Full English, light fluffy omelettes, excellent bread and pastries a wide selection of fruits my favorite was the fresh Papaya and the little bananas. 5. The pools are both really nice and have a tranquil atmosphere - sun beds and pool furniture is limited in number. 6. There are ongoing improvements and maintenance across the property which demonstrates an obvious care for the building - which in small parts needs a little TLC - but don,t we all when we spend time in the tropics. Overall the Burasari will stay on our list of places we will return to in large due to the atmosphere and location. | Guest Review | “Fun at the Pool Bar” I travelled on holiday to Phuket with my two sons aged 23 and 21 and we stayed at the Burasari for 17 nights. I would definitely recommend this hotel for all types of travellers. The breakfast is outstanding and is open until 10.30 am so you can still get a sleep in if you have had a big night out. All the staff are wonderful but I must single out the Pool bar staff Kwang, Peaw and Joe, they made us feel so welcome and are a credit to this hotel, by the time we left they felt like our family and I am sure they will remain life long friends to our family - thank you so much for your hospitality and great service whenever we were at the pool bar 10 out of 10!! On the first night we arrived we actually had a problem with a rude guest in a neighbouring room but this was rectified promptly by management with a room change. The accommodation is very comfortable and the cleanliness is tip top all over the resort.. There are very big flat screen tv:s in the rooms and there are a variety of channels including three movie channels. Wifi worked well for us all over the resort. The hotel also run a variety of events weekly including cooking classes and quiz nights.. The location is great, 1 minute to the beach and ten minutes walking to either Bangla Road or Jung Ceylon shopping centre. There are a variety of tailors, convenience stores and massage parlours just outside of the Burasari but the hotel spa itself is very luxurious and inviting although a bit pricey but their list of services are fantastic. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and once again thank you to all staff members but especially Peaw, Kwang and Joe and also Pin at Misty Bar, it was a pleasure to share your company while we were there. Room Tip: Bottom floor rooms have their own access into the swimming pool and large day beds on the terrace. |

Traveled with family and found the location allowed easy access to the beach, restaurants, and night-life. Stayed only 3-days but would have enjoyed more. We booked elite room and the room was nice and spacious with veranda and pool view. But we could have been booked room with access pool. The breakfast was so good especially their curry and pad Thai. The location was perfect, just walking distance to everything. We walked from hotel to the beach, Bangla road and Jungceylon shopping mall! We had a great time spending our stayed here. |

So very pleasantly surprised! We were welcomed with smiles and were thoroughly explained of where everything was and how to use it. Our room was clean and bed was comfy, we chose the premier dara double bed room. Mini bar free every day! Great hotel facilities. Pools were clean be sure to meet their Pet Paxo his friendly and always greeting guests, try the Spa it is a must to try! Quality service voted top 3! Well worth the extra $$. Breakfast was a huge variety of different foods. The beach was a 2 minute walk, and 15 minute walk to Bangla road. | Guest Review | “Great service!” We chose mood collection rooms; initially we chose Thai elegance & Tropical Home rooms but were being assigned to Blue Breeze and Mocha Spice rooms. The rooms are comfy and clean but the Jacuzzi bathtubs are run down and dirty, so we did not use this throughout our stay. Wi Fi at room were unstable too. However, we did enjoy the free mini bar which replenish every day. Buffet breakfast have wide variety of choices which is great! All the staff are friendly and nice! As the resort is located at road side, it is very noisy with the loud noise made by those tuk tuk taxi or boxing cars even at late midnight and very early morning around 5am. Patong beach is just less than 5 mins walk from the resort. No shuttle service to Jungcelyon mall, you have to take a taxi there which cost you 200 bhat with less than 7 mins drive which we find it's expensive! We also tried the Burasari spa service and this was the greatest spa we ever had as their service was excellent!! You should not miss this!! Thanks to the reception staff by the name of BB with her professional recommendation about their spa and thanks to Pia and View for their professional skill, we enjoyed their service very much!! |

Beach only a few steps away and then all the shopping you could want to do just around the corner. Staff definitely made this trip . Their willingness to help in any case makes up for any little cons all of these people below me are yapping about. We checked out and went to the full moon party on Koh Phangan & the hotel kept our luggage over night for us even after we were checked out. The following day when we came back, we had a late flight at 2am. The hotel allowed us to use the pool, hang out & relax...even shower before our flight. I was so impressed by all of the staff, all I can say is THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! Take a look for yourself, the pictures show this hotel's beauty. The food is delicious, drinks are delicious, I seriously loved the place. |

It is in a great location, with the markets 2 minute walk to the end of the street, the opposite way is the beach and that's closer that the markets. It is very well located. Book tours through the resort. I cannot speak highly enough of Moo, one of the ladies that conducts the booking of tours, she is very kind, helpful and if she is working when you are going on a tour, she will come to the reception to see you off!! I would go back and stay in an instant, and Moo would get all the tour bookings. |

However, my best friend had stayed here and had an excellent time so I thought we'd listen to her advice. I'm so glad we did as we had a wonderful stay. Our room, unlike other reviews, was up to date, modern, and extremely tidy and clean. The service was wonderful, friendly, and efficient. The free breakfast is awesome, and everything you could want, from Western food to Thai food. It's right in the heart of the city, but feels like you're far away since it's so relaxing once you walk in. It's not a Four Seasons or St Regis, but A) You're not paying Four Season prices and B) It's Thailand. I did not have one thing to complain about with this resort and was incredibly happy being here for 3 nights. |

The Hotel staff is EXCELLENT a woman by the name of Nan went over and above what any normal hotel staff person should do. Helping change flights and her overall attitude was so refreshing She should be given a raise and put into a management position.. The breakfast that comes with the hotel was very well done. Rooms are nice nothing over the top but clean. Any problems we had were taken care of but at Thailand speed Overall a good experience . |

| Guest Review | KANTOK REVIEW: “A Patong Gem” Reviewed March 24, 2013 We didn't intend on eating at this little cafe. In fact, we were on the lookout for another restaurant, recommended by our resort staff, that was on the main road along the beachfront. After walking along the main road heading south and not managing to find the restaurant (it had changed names!!!), we made a left turn and headed away from the beach chaos (scooters, buses, Thai boxing spruikers, tourists), only to walk past this little oasis of green tucked away by the side of a big hotel complex. There was such a nice aroma coming from the place that I initially thought it was a spa treatment salon. We had a peek inside and discovered that it was, indeed, a cafe, full of greenery, wood, little ponds and friendly staff. We continued our walk back around to BangLa Rd without being inspired by anything else on offer, so we turned around and went back to the Kantok. The sun had now set and the cafe looked even better under gentle lighting. We were seated and told that there would be a Thai dancing performance, including traditional live music, in about 10 minutes. We ordered long, cold lime juices and a Thai tasting plate to share. This came out with an assortment of 4 deep fried Thai delicacies, and we enjoyed eating them whilst watching the dance performance almost right in front of our table. Another cold lime juice and then our mains. I ordered a duck curry with grapes and eggplant - quite spicy, duck strips, grapes, pea-like things (miniature eggplants) that I didn't like much, and steamed rice. My partner went for the Massamam Beef curry, with 2 delicious, tender chunks of beef cheek, potato, onion, and a tasty sauce. The winner! Unfortunately no time for dessert as we had to get back to our shuttle pick-up point, but if I was in Patong again, I would definitely head here for a tasty feed in tranquil surroundings away from the madding crowd. |

| Guest Review | NAUGHTY RADISH: “Healthy Options in A Sugar and Oil World” Reviewed March 24, 2013 My Dad and I had come off a 7 day full fast detox and where trying to ease ourselves back onto solid healthy food, and the Naughty Radish was a blessing in a town full of delicious, but often unhealthy, options. Kevin (pretty sure) was his name, an English hospitality exchange student doing work placement in Thailand was a pleasure to chat with, and his service and that of the other Thai staff was impeccable. Watching the chef chop, wash, and prepare not only our food but others, was refreshing to see, and looked very professional from where we were sitting. The atmosphere was nice, we were there during the day for a late lunch, had a friendly cafe vibe. There was normal sit down table seating, and also some bar stool height large tables and chairs that would be good for a group too. We both chose pre-made salads, and they were great. The Masaman marinated chicken salad was a bit spicy for me, but I find most food is in Thailand, even when they say they only put in a little bit of chilli ! I recommend you take a look at the specials board, when we were their it was entree of soup, a salad, and also a juice, which was better value that the salad and a drink separate. It isn't cheap in compared to the traditional thai food that you can find, but it's still good value for money as the food is good and refreshing. Some times you just need a good salad! If you order a shake / smoothie, and don't want honey in it (even if it doesn't say honey on the ingredient list), make sure you say, as I think they might add honey to all the smoothies, I was lucky to be standing at the counter as she made it, and stopped the girl and had her start again! Which was no problem. The DIY concept is fantastic, and if our stay had of been longer than two nights we would of eaten here again (and possibly again!). I wish they would do the DIY style of a high quality back home in Oz! |

| Guest Review | "tucked away off the hustle and bustle" Have been to Phuket 6 times now this was our first stay at the Burasari and it was very good had a pool access room right next to the pool bar(3107), the breakfast is one of the best i have had overseas.Its just off the beach road, so its in a nice spot to get away from all the hawkers and traffic, the staff are very accomodating and very friendly if your looking to book day trips be sure to use the lady at the Burasari she gets there early and make sure you a picked up on time and can match the prices from the people on the streets |

The food here is Authentic Thai and well worth a visit. We ate at many other places and this sat high on the list of favourites. It is well positioned and a very nice environment to dine. The room was clean, tidy and well equipped. An added bonus to a stay in Burasari Resort is the complimentary mini-bar. Service staff were friendly and accommodating and made our stay feel special. The hotel pool is beautiful, well maintained and a very nice place to escape from the hustle and bustle of Patong. The included breakfast was exceptional, with many options available. Our favourites being the fresh fruit bar and the egg-bay, where a chef will cook the eggs of your choice the way you want (try the omelettes they are very good). This was our first visit to Phuket (and Patong) and the experience that the hotel gave us has left me wanting to return again and again. Well done to all the staff of Burasari Resort and thank you for such a wonderful experience. |

Compared to other hotels, rooms were newer, nicer and cleaner. Bedding is a big deal to me and it was very nice. Breakfast was great. My kids had a blast at the unique pool. The room had lots of little extras like a beach bag for your personal use, beach towels, mosquito spray and the normal little bottles but much nicer. The mini bar was included in the price and we got a great price for the room. The pool area is perfect with an area for sunbaking and a gorgeous fountain. I spent hours just floating and relaxing. Staff were very friendly and professional. We received cold towels and a drink while we were waiting to check in and again when we were waiting for our taxi to leave. The staff had organised our taxi to Kata at a very generous rate and a lovely vehicle. We will definately go back. |

When we reach hotel at 730pm , the hotel staff greet us with a big smile and welcome drinks as well . We just wait around 5 min to check in .

Reviewed February 19, 2013 This resort was everything and more, the location was perfect, Just in the right spot for it to be quiet enough for a relaxing holiday but close enough to the night life. We travelled during the Chinese new year celebrations and the hotel had a lovely dinner in the Kantok restaurant which was a nice touch. The buffet breakfast was great with all kinds of eggs cooked anyway you wanted right in front of you. We also had lunch at the Naughty Radish salad bar before we were picked up for an afternoon tour and I must say it was the best wrap I have ever had. The staff always have a smile and are very helpful with questions and getting you away on your day tours. The mini bar in the room was free and restocked daily which was a very nice touch. We had an all day spa treatment at the resort spa and It was perfect and a very reasonable price. we stayed for ten days and we had no problems. would love to visit again. |

We stayed for two weeks and were extremely well looked after. All the staff had impeccable manners and were allways curteous, helpfull, polite and forever smiling. It made our stay so much more relaxing. Outside of the hotel is another story depending how hardcore you like to party. The Burasari is perfect for a hangover remedy. I want to say a very special thank you to Pump the maintenance engineer for helping me fix a few breakages with my personal electrical stuff. Hes a wizard and deserves a pay rise let alone promotion. Thank you Pump. rock on, rock out, rock hard. Thankyou Burasari for changing the rooms when we requested and the free meals you so kindly offered us in the beautifull restaurant. |

Our room is is perfect overlooking one of the main pools. The reception, the restaurant and room service staff are all absolutely beautiful. However...Kwang, Joe, Paew and Joke are my number one pool bar crew in the whole entire world! They're happy, full of energy and always have a smile on their face. They ask me what I'm up to for the day and how my day has been. They always make me smile! Although the hotel is right in the middle of all the hussle and bussle but as soon as you enter the resort you feel like you're in a private sanctuary. I would definitely stay here again!! |

We stayed in a delux pool access room for 10 nights and I could not fault the staff or the resort in any way at all. We had our 7 year old son and 6 month old daughter with us, our son loved been able to swim around whilst we lazed on the day bed on our balcony. We had room service on a couple of occasions and the food was well presented and very tasty and the service was fast. The mini bar is replenished daily for FREE. The wifi is FREE throughout your stay. The buffet breakfast is also a must. We are going back again in September 2013 this time without our kids and I cannot wait to go back to the Burasari - it is like a little piece of heaven on earth. |

Well, the website does not do this place justice. It is 10 x more amazing in real life. Really is such a stunning hotel ! Staff were very welcoming and friendly (which Thai person isnt). The rooms were superb with a POWER aircon which is like heaven after a day in that humidity ! After 10 days there i found nothing negative about this place (which is unusual for me...). If anyone decideds to go, please try a Club Sandwich by the poolside bar, and ask for EXTA mayonaise. THE best mayo i have ever and probably will ever taste ! Hotel is close to the beach, close to 7/11, close to pretty much all the Tourist Attractions... The SPA however was a litte pricy, but well worth it ! A winner in my books ! |

Rooms were perfect, elite Thai , facing the pool which makes it great for relaxing on the patio in the afternoon. Rooms are very comfortable, with huge tv, free wifi and minibar, and in perfect condition. Housekeeping quick and unobtrusive, again with free smiles. Breakfast good, bar service and poolside meals perfect. 10 minutes walk to Bangla rd, 2 min to beach, taxi and lots of travel agents, restuarants, cash exchange and massage outside. Aimed for families with older children, no jungle gym etc. pool is beautiful and blends with the decor of the hotel, which has a traditional Thai feel. Service is excellent and no hidden rip offs, bar menu and food reasonably priced. Spa looks good too. |

| Guest Review | “Hidden paradise ” I thought pretty hard if I can remember even one negative point about this property, but there is none. I feel every tourist should spend Atleast one night out of their trip in this hotel to experience the bliss. It's a relatively small property, but has everything you would ask for. We booked the rooms on the ground floor which have direct pool access. They have 2 wings. Siam wing is at the back with a more Thai touch to it. The elite wing is more European in its feel and the pool is much better. My advice is to book the elite pool access room. Doesn't matter if ur a couple, or just friends or family.. This hotel is apt for every tourist and after spending 3 nights here I was really sad and gloomy on my way out. |

As my mom had a fall during the Simon Cabaret show on our 2nd night, we are unable to stay throughout the 5 nghts that we booked. | Guest Review | “Relaxing in Luxury... just steps from the ocean!” We went here for part of our "engagement-moon" looking to relax and enjoy the sunny weather and white sand beach. The Burasari Resort is literally a 2 minute walk to the edge of the Andaman Sea. But it is not located right on the busy street facing the ocean, which doesn't afford any views of the ocean from the resort, but keeps most of the riff raff from walking past and gives the resort more of a tranquil feel. The reception are is lovely, overlooking one of the pools. The room itself was very nice with modern furnishings and a spacious bathroom. Another great touch in the room was a beach bag with beach towels that you can take with you during the day, and towels are nicely replaced the next. Also, the minibar is refilled everyday complimentarily! Thumbs up also for the breakfast buffet. It had a good selection of Thai dishes, in addition to the standard variety of continental items, that changed everyday. Also... omelette bar! The best part of our stay was hanging out at the pool, and more specifically, right in front of the swim-up bar. The bartenders, Kwang and Joe, made us feel very well taken care of, and with their friendly banter and welcoming smiles, always made sure we had a good time lounging by the pool. They mix a great drink... I particularly enjoyed the mojitos. Overall, a great resort. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the spa this time around. But we would definitely come stay again! |

| Guest Review | “Wanted to stay Longer” Due to a change in our flights we needed a couple of days extra accommodation, and our original hotel was booked out, so booked Burasari, and what a wonderful surprise. A lovely boutique hotel in a great location. We booked and paid for the elite room but upon check in were informed the room was unavailable for our first night, but they would upgrade us to elite pool access the following day, the hotel also gave us a complimentary candlelight dinner for two as compensation. The staff went above and beyond their call of duty, making sure that we didn't want for anything. this didn't go unnoticed, having traveled to phuket on 21 occasions and 4 in the past 12 months. it was a delight staying in this gorgeous hotel. We didn't want to leave. Rooms were spacious and clean, The breakfast was wonderful with such a variety, probably one of the best we have had in all our stays , The grounds and pools were spotless, we are returning in July and definitely will be staying at the Burasari , which I will be recommending to my colleagues, A big thank you to all at Burasari. |

| Guest Review | “Simply Superb - the best I've ever stayed in!” This was our second trip to Burasari in as many years and I cannot begin to explain how impressed I am by this hotel! At this point, I would even go as far as to call it the best hotel I have (personally) ever stayed in. It may not be the biggest, or have the most fancy gimmicks and features to its operation, but Burasari has a unique boutique charm and an absolute dedication to perfection in every detail that makes it by a long way, my favorite. From our arrival, I immediately felt like royalty. I was collected at the airport in the complimentary airport chauffeur service and, on arrival at the hotel, every single member of staff who had been at the hotel in December of the previous year remembered me and inquired as to how my year had been. I was given a cool welcome drink and a complimentary room upgrade and was accommodated with an early check in due to my early morning flight. Our room, as always, was stunning. It boasted a massive bed and TV, complimented with a stunning outside bed (with Mosquito nets) on the patio that boasted a beautiful view of the pool area. The beds were turned every evening and a complimentary local desert delicacy placed in our room daily. The rooms are huge and boast every amenity a seasoned traveller would expect. The breakfast buffet is simply out of this world, with a truly incredible setting which is fitting of this Thai paradise. Eating breakfast whilst listening to Paxo (their local parrot) whistling and talking away was really special. The hotel also boasts (at the time of writing this article) TripAdvisor's Number 1 rated Spa for those looking for a more relaxing time in Patong's bustling beach area. I know that the hotel are really proud of this. What really makes Burasari special, however, is the staff. They are all honestly the friendliest people I have ever met and there is literally no request too big or demanding for them. I was so impressed with the level of service at the hotel that I made a point of writing down the names of all those members of staff who helped myself and my girlfriend out during the week in which we were there so that we can say a massive thank you; to Oil, Maei, Tae, Pump, Fransia, Nutty, Nanny, Boom, Wit, Wat, Ann, Champ and Pong - thank you for making our holiday unforgettable! You are the true magic to Burasari! The hotel is also exceptionally priced when considering the pure brilliance of the hotel, as well as when considering the price of competitors in the area. A must do for anybody looking for absolute perfection at a very good price! |

It's a perfect place to stay with extremely helpful and co-operative staff. The breakfast was well laid and had a lot of variety. The fruit counter was a cut above the rest with extremely fresh and juicy fruits. The spa was also 5 star and enjoyed the professional services for 3 of our family members. Our special appreciation to Ms. Boom at the reception, whose service was expecting. Also a special mention of Mr. Andy who went out of the way to help us during our stay in Phuket. Only improvement could be some introduction of activities for children. |

| Guest Review | “Wish it was longer” I stayed at this lovely resort for 3 nights during my trip in Thailand and I'm telling it's not long enough. Resort location it's walking distance to the beach, night markets, restaurants and shops. I enjoyed my breakfast buffet every morning with something different everyday. Fortunately, I was able to schedule their signature massage at the last minute and it was a wonderful experience. I feel so relaxed and sleep like a baby that night. the mini bar in the room was nice. We spent most of the times outside, but it was always great to come back to this resort every night. The staff were very nice and friendly and my needs were well attended. Overall, it's a great facility. |

No dental kit/razors/comb, but there is a minimart within the hotel that sells. Free Minibar has 1 pack of 3pc oreo, 1 small pack of potato chips, 2 cans Chang beer and 4 cans of soft drinks. Room has rainshower with coconut bodywash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion and spacious daybed. Beach bag with 2 pairs of slippers, 2 beach towels provided in the room. Made it very convenient for us. Aircon broke down early morning in our 2nd day, informed the reception and we decided to have breakfast first. Returned to our room and air con is already fixed. The hotel also gave us a platter of fruits to apologise. Really good service. On 2nd day there, works were carried out just below on the right side of the balcony, so bit sad. Staff generally friendly and warm. Room attentants made up the room well. Breakfast assortment is great, food is delicious (always look forward to it). The decor beautiful. Really like the hotel's ambience, generosity. Will recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Patong. |

Fortunately we got a chance to enjoy a spa here without reservation (usually the reservation is required due to the high demand). The reception has been friendly and extremely helpful in squeezing out a two hours time slots for us. We have had a wonderful spa experience here. This is a trustworthy spa, it has good ambience and very clean environment, and the price is very reasonable. We will definitely revisit this spa if we will to visit Phuket in the future. |

It's rooms were spacious and light, the pool areas were nice, the food was good, the spa was amazing, they have free wifi, and the service was great. The hotel almost still has the feel of a smaller boutique hotel, while having all of the Services needed (transport services, adventure desk, and they even have a great juice bar!). Bring ear plugs, it can get quite loud at night... One of the employees, Jan, stood out especially - he really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy - thanks for that! If you must go to Patong, I think this is a good place to stay. |

| Guest Review | “Comfortable Thai style” I thought this was a good value hotel (I got a last minute Elite special price online). I just got a regular room, and it was large with a balcony overlooking the pool where we could sit and enjoy the free mini bar beers and sodas. The king size bed was super comfortable for a good sleep and lounging with the big flat screen TV (but the pillows were a bit too big for my 5 star comfort). The location is also great! Just a few steps from the beach but far away enough from the main strip to get a quiet nights rest for us early birds. I used the loaner flip flops and beach tote too, that was a nice touch. The staff was very friendly and assisted our day trip and greeted us whenever we came and went. We also enjoyed an afternoon at the pool bars happy hour drink prices, they were delicious and we liked the upbeat music with our swim and billiards. The breakfast buffet had many tasty options, but it could be 5 star if it had fresh fruit juice instead of the sweet concentrate stuff. Thanks also for the included 15% food discount which we used at dinner. Overall I would love to come back to this hotel again, 2 days wasn't enough. |

| Guest Review | “Thumbs up!!!” We had a lovely 4-night stay. The room was clean and well stocked with complimentary toiletries, chips, cookies, beers, soft drinks and bottled water. Staff was friendly and attentive; nothing is too much of a trouble for them, breakfast was sumptuous with a very good spread and long breakfast hours from 6.30am to 10.30am. The resort is located on a side street which was quiet; provided us with good night sleep and at the same time, within short walking distance to the beach and Bangla Road. The beach is about 200 metres from the hotel whereas Bangla Road is just 10 minutes’ walk away. Thumbs up to you, Burasari!!! We will definitely stay with you again. |

Breakfast is amazing with so many selections including an egg station for fresh omlettes! Yum! Service from all employees was friendly and attentive and we had such a lovely stay. It was so nice to escape the busy streets of Patong in our beautiful resort, which is located about 200m from the beach and a shirt walk from Bangla road. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Patong Beach. My only criticism would be that housekeeping seem to come late in the afternoon rather than the morning, which wasn't great when we were trying to sneak in a quick nap before heading out for the evening. Thank you Burasari for a perfect holiday!! We will be back for sure! ☺ |

| Guest Review | “Gem of a hotel!” Burasari would be one of the BEST hotel's I've stayed at. Upon arrival the staff welcome you with a towel and cold drink and greeted with politeness and a smile! (something you don't get a lot in Patong). We stayed for two nights in the standard room. I was very impressed, large bathroom and large bed with clean and sophisticated decor. The room smelt really good too, adding to the spa like feel of the entire hotel. They give you a beach towel and beach bag. Also the minibar is complimentary and replenished everyday-yes its all free! There are two pools, both of which are nice, and has a pool bar area with pool tables and great cocktail service. The breakfast is buffet and there is a huge variety. The entire hotel itself is like work of art, with greeneries everywhere, statues, pillars, art work..which makes the hotel look less of a corporate building and more like a spa resort. The location is right near the beach, and about 10-15 walk to bangla road (which is good because your away from the booming music). Overall Burasari is highly under-rated; staff are lovely, excellent decor, relaxing feel, great location, value for money. I would stay here again and upgrade to a more exclusive suite to perfect the relaxing and rejuvenating stay. |

The staff is very friendly a special thanks to the pool staff Kwang, Peaw and Joe (speak very good english) for their welcoming everyday their delicious cocktails and food. we had a very good time laying at the pool The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice, the room was very clean, big and perfect with the balcony. The only pb the air conditionning is a little noisy but you cut it while sleeping and you're good :) Also Francia and Doom was very nice and very helpful they speak perfectly french you can't get lost in translation!! The day trip organized by the tour operator at the hotel was very good maybe a little more expensive than what you can find in the street but well organized, on time and good advise! I guess when we'll go back to phuket this is the place we'll stay again! Def a very good time there as usual too short but that's happen when you have good holidays! |

| Guest Review | “Great Location and Value for Money” Just off the main road, this is a nice resort located 2 mins away from Patong beach, and only 15mins away from the famous Bangla Road and Jungceylon shopping mall. There are a lot of amenities in the area, with 2 convenience stores and a pharmacy next to the resort. The resort has a nice restaurant serving both Thailand and international cuisine, offering very competitive prices and very good food, especially the Thai appetizers. Live music is available every day as well. Another highlight was definitely the Burasari Spa, offering a full range of massages and facials with excellent and warm service. The staff could recognise us the moment we stepped in to make reservations for our 2nd treatment the following day, and called us by name when we arrived. We tried the Deep Tissue Massage as well as the Back, Shoulder and Neck Ginger treatment which uses real ginger for the wrap. Although only slightly more expensive than the other massages offered at places like Just Relax, the service and quality of the massage makes the extra cost worthwhile. The breakfast spread at the Kantok restaurant also served a wide variety of quality food, ranging from local delicacies like different types of curries to noodle soups, to the usual International breakfast like bacon and potatoes, pancakes and waffles. It even has an eggs station. The room itself also offers an enormous bed with free mini bar (including alcoholic drinks and chips) refillable daily. Overall the resort was excellent and definitely exceeded all our expectations considering the price that we paid. Only downside was that the room we had did not offer any view (it was directly facing an adjacent building with many people possibly looking directly into the room) and the bathroom was aged. |

| Guest Review | “As close to Paradise as you will get!” I cannot begin to think of enough superlatives in order to explain how brilliant this hotel is! It truly is one of the best I have ever stayed at... My girlfriend and I stayed at Burasari for (originally) 8 nights in December 2013. We arrived at midnight and were greeted with a cold towel and some drinks, after which a luxury private vehicle (this is included in the room rate) took us along the 45 minute drive from the Phuket airport to Patong beach. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was convinced that checking in would be a problem as it was so late at night. To the contrary, an ice cold welcome drink was waiting for us on arrival on arrival, after which we were swiftly checked in for a much-needed night's sleep. Everything is just fantastic! The hotel is authentic, superbly decorated, clean and has just the right balance of style, luxury and sophistication whilst at the same time preserving its boutique, Thai feel... The location is awesome - literally on the other side of the road to the main beach in the heart of Patong, but just far enough away from the chaos of Bangla road to have a small piece of tranquillity in a chaotic town. The staff are the friendliest and most accommodating I have EVER dealt with (there was just nothing I could ask of them which seemed to be too much). Breakfast is just wonderful, with an arrange of delicious foods that will satisfy ANY taste. The rooms are clean and spacious, with excellent bathrooms, massive beds and every luxury you could ask for (safes, gowns for showering, slippers, etc!) The free minibar is a real treat; on a very hot island where it is essential to pack some drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) before a long day out, this really comes in cost effective and handy! We loved Burasari and Phuket so much that we ended up changing our flights and staying for an extra week. Upon doing this, we decided to try and move to a different beach on Phuket for a change in scenery... Despite there being plenty hotels available at very cheap prices available throughout the island, my girlfriend and I could literally find NOTHING on Phuket which was able to match Burasari, in our opinions... Needless to say, we ended up staying on at Burasari (after some awesome service in accommodating us despite the hotel being full) for the duration of our trip. A massive congratulations must go to Pu, Pump, Tae, Oil and everyone else who did such a sterling job in making our holiday one of the most memorable ever! I suppose that the best way to sum up the quality of our stay last year is as follows: we have just booked to come back to Phuket in December and (of course) will once again be staying at Burasari! See you soon! |

| Guest Review | “Excellent service near the beach in Patong” We booked this resort though Expedia and stayed in this resort during 6-9 dec 14. Quite close to to the beach. Rooms were spacious, tidy and nicely done. Bed was very good. Staffs of the resort were so cordial, especially the reception and restaurants guys. You can not believe unless you experience. Breakfast was good spread, even you are vegetarian. Minibar was free, that adds extra mile to your happiness. Every time I ask for milk for my baby in my room, it used to reach in 5mins with a smile, excellent service. They they provide a day bed in the balcony, they should provide mosquito nets, they already have provided for few rooms. I recommend everyone to experience this property if you want to stay in Patong, experience their service level. I truely got 200% return for my money spent. |

| Guest Review | “Great food, but also wonderful staff” While it may seem a natural choice to eat at this restaurant given I was staying at the Burasari Resort of which it is part, I wouldnt waste my money if the food wasn't up to scratch. Had several wonderful meals here, but their massaman curry is by far my favourite. Tender beef cheeks in a rich spicy curry gravy. Also did a cooking class, and being the only participant that day I had 1:1 attention from the wonderful chef, and we cooked a beef massaman and pad thai. The chef was excellent, and even grabbed my camera to take a few photos of me working away. |

| Guest Review | “Best meal, Great Chef!!” Of course it was the best ever meal in a restaurant! We cooked it ourselves under the careful watchful eye of the chef. As Nok (the restaurant manager) watched on, we created a beautiful Thai meal of our choice. It was then garnished and laid on the carefully set table for us to enjoy. Could you beat that? Yes! We had some left over to eat the following day. An awesome experience. Each morning the chef prepares an extensive breakfast which would meet the needs of any traveller. It was included in our accommodation. One day a European breakfast, the next Thai and then if you're not up for curry at breakfast, there's the trusty old bacon and eggs...pork bacon! Seriously the staff, the food, the atmosphere and all under the guidance of Nok, made for an excellent travelling experience. Go to Burasari!!! It is great!! |

For 600 baht I had an hour of personal attention from Chef Am and Chef Nok who was very flexible in allowing me to request the dish that I wanted to learn. We enjoyed our Thai dishes both nights we dined here. First night we had spicey stir fries and the second visit we tried their curries. The massaman was particularly good. The staff are gorgeous and our thanks go to Nid, Goong, Bum, Num and Ood for their attentive service and smiling faces. A lovely, clean and quiet oasis in busy Patong. |

| Guest Review | “An charming oasis in crazy Patong” I have to start by saying I am not a fan of Patong. I prefer the quieter, classier areas of Kata or Karon. However, I was joining friends who like to stay in the Patong district and they had arranged the hotel booking. So although I was initially apprehensive, I have to say Burasari won me over mostly due to its ambience and excellent service. First impressions were not so good as I was sharing a room with a girlfriend and we were given a twin room at the back of the complex which had no view and felt basic (perfectly ok if you just want a bed for the night). So we upgraded to an elite room which was more spacious (still not a great view though). We didn't have much choice as they were heavily booked. Also, the pool areas (there are two) seemed quite compact and not enough area for more sunbeds, so you can miss out. That being said though, I fell under the charm of Burasari over the 10 days I stayed there. There is a tranquil feeling to this large complex, with its lush frangipani trees and resident parrot Paxo who greets you daily and staff who seemed genuinely happy . It always felt like home. The layout is interesting as it incorporates an indoor/outdoor seating area for breakfast which adjoins an open air bar , which serves as a cafe by day and bar with live music at night. It's a lovely spot to debrief after a day out and about and free canapés at happy hour is a nice touch. The bar manager Jan is an excellent source of knowledge and really makes you feel welcome, like a long lost friend. Lukas the property manager is equally so. Special mention has to go to Kwang at the swim up bar . He is an exceptional barman, who befriends everyone and anticipates all orders with great excuberance. He is a true asset to this establishment. The swim up bar area is under cover with cushioned verandah and is an excellent spot to retreat if it rains. Adjoining is a lovely open air lounge area with pool tables. For my final days, after my friends had left, I decided to treat myself to the honeymoon suite by the pool. This was a highlight. With a 7 foot king size bed, an enclosed private patio with deep bathtub, it was devine. Decorated in old style Thai decor this would be my pick of the rooms. The pool access rooms on the ground floor also look good as they have a daybed on the verandah. The in house dayspa was highly recommended to me and was a real treat. The beach is close, only a 2 minute wallk and it's an easy stroll for shopping or to go to Hard Rock Cafe or Hooters. All in all I loved it here. I missed seeing the sunsets that you get at ocean facing hotels, but if I had to stay in Patong again I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Burasari. |

It was wonderful to return to such a peaceful setting. the customer service is amazing, the staff always greet you with a lovely smile, can not do enough for you & are so helpful with local information if needed. We have been visiting this awesome hotel consistently since 2010 and it never fails to live up to our expectations. I would like to make particular mention of the happy & efficient staff who operate the (POOL BAR ) & (MISTY BAR) - (Kwang who is always there to replace your empty glass, with a laugh & a joke, Joe who is happy to share his knowledge of the local tourist sites & best shopping spots, Peaw who is such a lovey softly spoken young lady & is quick to offer you the Happy Hour Specials. Pin who professionally runs the Misty Bar throughout the day & is always on hand to assist anyone who is having trouble with the internet or computers. All of these guys have made a lasting impression on us and made our 8 day stay here memorable and leaving us wanting to return. We have absolutely no problem in recommending this beautiful Resort to all our Australian friends & sharing this review with all on trip Advisor. P.S. ...A MUST is the couples Massage & Spa Treatment....Bliss, Heaven !!!!!!!! Well done to all at the Burasari Resort. |

Everything!! 9.3 Told my husband to choose Honeymoon collection but he accidentally click on Mood collection, thank God he did mention 'honeymoon'ً request and it turns out we have a superb excellet room!! We love everything in that room especially on the 'L' shape balcony! Its a lil bit noisy but we dont mind, and have mosquito too, so dont forget to use the provided repellent. Minibar and amenities restock daily and its free! Dont forget to enjoy the breakfast too! They also provide two towels in a basket and outside slippers too. The location is also good since its very near to the beach ( I can saw the beach from our balcony and enjoyed firework during our stay!) and shops too. We dont go out too much since we only stay for 2 nights and yes I know its kinda wasted since 2 nights not enough! 😭 We love Burasari and definitely going back f we have time ;) |

Great service, great breakfast. The only downside is that the new Premier rooms smell damp and are very small and noisy from the adjacent bar, so pay for an upgrade and stay in the Elite or above. This is a real shame because other than that this hotel is great. |

| Guest Review | “Superb hotel on excellent location” Superb hotel just a short walk from the beach. We've chosen to stay here for a second time because of its serenity amidst a noisy city. The city of Patong really is rather noisey and filled with bachelors, and ping pong shows and all, but because of the relaxed calm atmosphere on the hotel grounds you really don't feel like being in such a busy city. Staff was very friendly, and took time for us, made us feel like home, especially Tawisty and Put put some extra effort in making our stay the best one in Thailand so far. The city of Phuket isn't what I would usually look for in a holiday, but there are loads of things to do around Phuket, If you combine those day trips with this hotel you can have a calm luxury holiday, and as soon as you get bored of it all you can go out and enjoy some cocktails in the bar street just a short beach walk away. |

Booked Elite room & was given free upgrade to Mood Collection - Blue Breeze!! Comes with free wifi, free mini bar and a jacuzzi! So cool!! The room is cozy, very clean and comes with beach bag with 2 towels. It's very convenient to carry to the beach (less than 5min walk away) and for us, carried it for our Phi Phi Island tour. The front desk staff are very friendly, helpful and keeping a look out for us 2 girls. A Big Thanks to Pong & Wit (told us to call him Whisky) for assisting us in any way possible. Really love the hotel ambiance - the greenery, quietness and furnishings... We'll be back soon! |

Cons: the pillows are awful, like sleeping on a brick. I asked for soft ones and they were in our room within 5 mins so not a problem Location: 2 mins stroll to the beach, 5 mins to Bangla Road and Jungceylon shopping centre. Loved our stay at the Burasari. Has a real Thai feel to it unlike many of the other hotels. The staff are all very friendly, speaking really good English and nothing is a problem. The breakfast is amazing, caters for everyone, chefs cooking eggs, omelettes etc to order. They have a resident African Grey Parrot, Paxo. Give him a tickle! The hotel spa is amazing. The massages are the best. Certainly not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. The little shop comes in handy and is pretty well stocked. |

| Guest Review | Beautiful little sanctuary amongst crazy Patong Originally booked 2 single bed balcony room for friend and I and then this turned into a hens week and a third friend joined us. We upgraded to a king bed and single pool access room several weeks prior to arriving. Prompt & friendly email replies. Amazingly helpful & friendly service throughout. Beautiful check in drink and wash cloth that was heavenly fatter such a long journey. The room was beautiful if a little damp smelling from either the damp local environment or insufficient ventilation for the beautiful shower and powerful shower. Some of the tiled mirrors showed moisture damage behind them and other small things like cracked tiles and messy grout in places gave the bathroom a slightly tired look. However it was still beautiful, spacious and enjoyable. With three girls there was plenty of mirror space between bathroom and room, however the lighting for doing makeup was quite poor. The extra bed that we paid $500 (AUD) extra for the third person was a little gold out bed with very firm mattress, we asked for this to be softened so they added an extra dooms but it made little difference. In fact both the beds were fairly firm in general but quickly got used to them. I'm a side/stomach sleeper and LOVED the pillows enough I wanted to take one but thought better not :) Restaurant food and room service AMAZING! Prompt, reasonable prices and great food. Breakfast buffet = NOM NOM NOM! Massage, body scrub & sauna @ Spa = Devine!!! Look forward to returning :) |

Burasari is perfect, we have stayed in other hotels and resorts in Patong previously but we stayed at Burasari and found it fantastic for location, staff and ambience, breakfast was great with loads of variety. We had three rooms as our adult sons came with us with their partners. We had a Moods room and our sons had Elite rooms, they were all wonderful. There are two pools, we preferred the big one as the sun gets to this one more and it was abit warmer. Someone was getting married on one of the days and they had it so beautifully decorated, they had closed one of the pool areas off for a few hours but we liked the bigger pool anyway so it never affected us. At first we had a room which was abit noisy and they arranged another room on a different side, they did this with no problems at all, they couldnt have been more professional. The hotel is very clean and tidy, staff are great they understood english very well.This hotel is so close to the beach and shopping, when you step into the front doors of Burasari it is a quiet santuary away from the hustle of Patong. Highly recommended we will be back again. |

Indeed, my family and i have returned on multiple occasions to Patong-being a very raunchy place, just for the Burasari. I always request for PIN to do all my massages, and having 9 years of experience, it's no wonder i fall into a deep sleep throughout all my massages with them. Priced at approx. 100 SGD for close to 3 hours. I think it is a good deal as the treatments you receive are of the highest quality. Most standard spa start with a foot massage, lufa scrub and then ten mins in a steam room. Afterwhich you have 90mins of oil massage, and they really take great care in making you feel comfortable with warm bean bags around your neck, on your back etc etc. The ladies in Spa by Burasari always greet you by your name, always smiling and cheerful. Worth every single cent. |

| Guest Review | “Vichy shower haven.” My husband and I did a 2 & 1/2 hr couples treatment. The staff are just super friendly and really sweet. We started off with a foot soak with Kaffir Lime & scrub, dry loafer all over body scrub then 10 minutes in the hottest steam room I've ever been in! Followed then by an all over body exfoliation, then my favourite - the Vichy shower. Ahh just heaven! I actually fell asleep and snorted myself awake! That was then followed by an all over body massage which was done by whichever pressure you preferred. So if you're not good with traditional Thai or deep tissue, they can just do a beautiful soft and relaxing massage. My masseuse name was Fon and she was very accommodating with my lower back issues when we got to the massage part of the treatment. Would highly recommend this place for the treatment and the staff. Prices are obviously a lot dearer than any massage you get on the street, but well worth it, even if you only do it once. |

| Guest Review | “The best place to stay in Patong!” Stayed at the Burasari Resort for a week with my sister and I can only say that it is beyond amazing. The staff is super sweet and helpful and sometimes they even knew what you wanted before you knew it. As an example we one day didn't have a sunbed so we just layed our towels on the ground and within minutes the staff had given us some nice comfortable mattresses we could lay on. We also got a free upgrade to an elite suite which was very nice and speaking of the rooms I liked that there was a free mini bar in every room and okay wifi connection. The Hotel is quiet, beautiful and has a very central location which makes it perfect if you wanna explore the nightlife without having to take a cab. So would not hesitate to go to the Burasari Hotel again. Room Tip: Both the budget and elite suite is nice but next time I will definitely order a room with pool acces... |

| Guest Review | “Good located hotel” Good located hotel with all needed around - beaches, bars, restaurants, shopping areas, ATM, pharmacies. I spent my birthday there and they did so nice surprise to me wishing me Happy Birthday with a birthday cake and warm smiles. They made photos afterwards and sent them to me via very kind email. This made me feel really special. The breakfast was nice but there is not much space around the pool area. There is not much sun coming down also. Anyway! The rest of it was nice. If somebody prefers sun, better to go to the beach near by. If you prefer cocktails - the bar around the pool offers plenty of them. Burasari Resort offers good service for a fair price. |

Very comfortable stay, aesthetically made spacious rooms -- it felt as id we were in the midst of nature. Do not miss the Cooking class (which we won as a prize at the Quiz competition at the Misty bar), the spa, Pool Bar and of course the quiz competition at the Bar. |

From the spacious clean rooms that supply you with everything you need for a stay. To the clean sparkling pool that is so inviting you can't stay out of it. Luna, Laura and the bar staff at Mistys Bar are fantastic. Nok and staff at Kantok restaurant are amazing especially Amm the chef who taught me how to cook spring rolls and masaaman curry. (Highly recommend the cooking classes) Burasari spa is definitely the place to visit for great relaxation. We are looking forward to returning here in 2015, wouldn't stay anywhere else. | Guest Review | “Paradise in Patong” Amidst the hustling and bustling of Patong, one would not expect to find such a high quality hotel tucked in the middle of Patong beach. Despite it being high season during our visit, the staffs of Burasari Phuket were accommodating and smiling all the way. On the 3rd day of our visit, it was raining cats and dogs in Phuket and we had to stay in the resort instead of lounging by the beach. There was a pool bar tucked at the corner of the resort which had a pool bed and we were sipping drinks by the pool while dipping our feet in the pool. We would definitely return to Burasari and recommend it to all our friends. |

The awesome breakfast buffet, soothing massages and beautiful hotel decor...etc. 10 Excellent, would recommend to friends & family and would stay here again the next time we visit Phuket. Loved eating the free breakfast every morning, had fresh fruits, omelet, bacon, French toast, awesome coffee with hot milk and brown sugar (3 cups) and Apple or orange juice. We enjoyed a couples massage on our first day and a walk around Patong Beach. The beach and shops are literally 1 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel decor is very tropical and has an exotic Thai feel. I found this hotel on Agoda website with an insider deal which made the 5 day stay very affordable. Loved our first trip to Phuket and will definitely be back...also the staff was very friendly and always very helpful. |

| Guest Review | “Thanks for an unforgettable stay!” My husband and I were booked for 11 nights into this Resort by our travel agent but did little to no research before arriving. The location is on a side street but perfect if you want access to Patong beach (2 minute walk) and to Bangla Road (5 minute walk). The Resort itself is in good condition with 2 swimming pools more suited to smaller groups with a swim up bar. All of the facilities were clean with a bar, spa and restaurant onsite. Our room was not overly large but big enough for two. We indulged with room service a few nights, the food was excellent. All of the staff were more than happy to help and we were treated like family especially by Laura our bartender with a beautiful smile and a full glass each time we visited the bar. Our cooking class with Yuth was fabulous, a Resort chef who was another smiling face and a patient teacher. A big thank you to the Bar Manager Kai and the Restaurant Manager Nok for their wonderful service and fun trivia night. To be fair, the smaller glitches included an elevator in repair but the staff brought our luggage both to the room and back to the front desk at checkout, an electrical fault in our room which was attended to within the hour and harder pillows but each person has their own preferences. The great service, friendly staff and awesome food made up for all of it! We had an amazing experience and stay in Phuket. We will be back and we will for sure stay again at this resort. Thanks again to everyone who were apart of our holiday! |

The hotel is close to Patong beach but far enough away from Bangla road to give you peace and quiet with the ability to still walk out if you want to. There are loads of restaurants within easy walking distance as well. The hotel has two pools, one with a swim up bar, which also has two pool tables. The staff were incredibly friendly - we travel and stay a lot in hotels in Asia and I have never experienced the level of service we found here, not even in the bigger 5 star chains. The breakfast was excellent and uncrowded, the wine selection at the bar was good and the spa was fantastic. To top it off, we got an incredibly low rate which made it all the sweeter. |

The only set back would have to be the beds, they were very hard but I still managed to sleep each night (fatigued from shopping lol :/) I loved it here so much I plan to return with my family in the new year... Do yourself a favour and visit here it is a great way to let all your cares and stress melt away!!! |

The stag are ever so accommodating and attentive. 9.3 The resort is very best the beach and the rooms are big and comfy. The staff were responsive and I love the free mini bar. There's a 7-11 beside the resort so that's very convenient. The room I had had its patio connected to the pool which was really cool. |

Although the price is on the high side, you will not regret staying here. The rooms are tastefully designed, minibar is free, breakfast is superb, swimming pool is beautiful and the beach is just 2 minutes away. The bathroom in the Premier room is small (specifically the shower area). The Elite room with balcony and swimming pool view is huge and very pretty. The best part in Burasari is the SPA! The staff were friendly and attentive, our room was spotless and well looked after with extra perks I honestly didn't expect considering this was our cheapest hotel stay in the cheapest room option (complimentary bottles of water, biscuits, chips and beer replaced every day, balcony etc) and the resort was quiet and like a hidden sanctuary on the middle of busy patong. Water and plants and flowers everywhere, I loved it. A drop kick away from the busy shopping area or beach depending on whether you turn right or left, great location. Buffet breakfast every morning was also great. The only reason we moved on was we wanted to spend some time away from being right in the centre of busy patong but knowing where you are and if you want to be in that location, I wouldn't hesitate to book and stay there again |

| Guest Review | “AMAZING!” Having previously stayed at this resort back in 2010, I visited again with my partner July 2014. The moment we were picked up by the driver and taken to the resort it was simply amazing. Our room was a little small and we went back to see if we could pay for an upgrade (we didn't mind paying) they showed us a new room and we said we'll take it. Turns out that they upgraded us for free! Thank you so much! The restaurant served amazing meals! The breakfast is to die for fantastic selections! The Pool bar need I say more, get on down and have a Chang! The staff started to remember who I was and before I knew it as soon as I went to the bar out came an Icy Cold Chang! Pure heaven! The pools are amazing, great to cool off after long day around town. Both pools are great in their own right, be sure to check them both out. This is the place to stay just far enough out from the hustle and bustle but close enough for an easy walk into the heart soul Patong! If you're thinking about staying then don't even bother looking anywhere else this is the dream. Thank you guys for an amazing 10 nights, we'll be back! |

I spend only 1 night at Burasari and wished I had stayed longer. We booked the basic room but were upgraded (not sure what room type) though. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with warm smiles. Although the check-in lounge was filled with people, which destroy the elegant atmosphere a bit, the check-in were smooth and quick for us.

From the moment we arrived until we left 8 days later the total bura sari experience was wonderful from the complimentary mini bar to the sumptuous buffet breakfast which could not be faulted. The staff in all areas of the hotel were pleasant and helpful. Our room overlooked the street and was very quiet due to two sets of glass doors keeping out the noise. Beds were comfortable, bathroom very clean and neat and kept that way through servicing daily. Both pools were very clean and the swim up bar was very handy. This hotel is about 100 metres from the water in an ideal position for shopping or swimming. Would certainly stay there again! |

LOCATION: Good. 3 minutes walk to Patong Beach, although it's not the best beach in Phuket. Walking to the Jungceylon mall takes 15-20 minutes. Tuk tuk is everywhere, but it was kinda expensive so we'd rather walk.

Burasari is the perfect boutique hotel for a holiday if you are not very fussy about staying in a "Big" hotel. The look and feel of the hotel is great with a beautiful decor and very helpful staff.The hotel has two small but very pretty swimming pool with a pool bar and three restaurants to choose from. The buffet breakfast is nice with a decent spread. We tried the thai food at the Kantok restaurants, very average - there are better options for thai food in phuket, so you can give it a miss. However do try the floyds restaurants. Burasari has recently opened a juice bar next to the hotel lobby, the juice bar is a must try with great refreshing juices - try the detox juice. |

The Duck Red Curry is INCREDIBLE!!! This was my favorite restaurant in Patong (we were here for 5 days). My husband agrees! We went back several times, and he liked the Massaman Curry with chicken a lot as well. We both agree that they have the best red curry that we have had in Thailand yet. Red curry is my favorite, so I have been ordering it at a lot of different places! |
