Kantok

Named after the kantok table used by Northern households to welcome important guests into their homes, our signature Thai restaurant serves up traditional food and exciting classical dances in a natural and warm ambiance. We swear by our red duck curry, so put it at the top of your to-eat list in Phuket.

Beautiful restaurant hidden in the middle of the busy Patong streets. Great service, beautifully presented delicious food!! A little pricey but totally worth it! My husband and I really enjoyed visiting on our honeymoon :) Even said we would like to stay at the Burasari hotel next time we go!! Really impressive

I have been about a couple of time at Kantok restaurant and I usually ask for Pad Thai and a bottle of still water. I could say!!! this restaurant are serving exactly traditional Thai dishes, mine Pad Thai was perfect, every time I have my lunch there. Also I have a very warm welcome with a big big smile from their staff, even I am not stay in their hotel. Of cause the price is not that expensive, when I ask for the bill, I absolutely surprise!!! It's cost me less than €10.

we ate at the Kantok several times in our first stay at Burasari Resort. The food here is Authentic Thai and well worth a visit. We ate at many other places and this sat high on the list of favourites. It is well positioned and a very nice environment to dine. The meals are well priced and good value for money. I would recommend this to anyone travelling to Paton looking for a nice restaurant to dine in.

We ended up eating at Kantok twice in our week and a half in Patong and is was excellent both times - the stand out meals during our trip. We selected one of the meal options, and whilst more expensive than other restaurants, it was well worth it. The massaman curry was the standout dish for me, the desert is also worth a mention! The service was excellent and the restaurant itself looks really beautiful. The wine was lovely but definitely overpriced (like in most places in Patong). Unfortunately for our second visit we wanted to go to the quiz night but it had been cancelled. Highly recommend.
