“Beautiful hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 27, 2011
We stayed at the Burasari hotel in December 2011. The service was excellent, always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Great location, right near the main roads of Patong and right next to the beach. We stayed in a Elite pool access room and it was well worth the extra money. The Elite pool area (there are two pool areas) was much more private and more beautiful. Was lovely to be able to relax on personal deck and then walk straight into the pool! Room was lovely, huge bathroom and huge comfortable bed. I also had a manicure at the Burasari day spa which was also lovely and relaxing. It felt like a quiet haven in the hustle and bustle of the busy streets in Patong. Great place to stay for a romantic holiday or just want to get away. Definitely reccommend! |

“An oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2011 NEW
We stayed five nights in a Thai Elite room on the second floor of the hotel at the end of November, overlooking the pool area. The rooms are tastefully decorated, but the bathroom could have been a bit more luxurious in keeping with the rest of the room, there was a bath with shower over and a small sink area. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided (not the best smelling stuff!)
The hotel provides a complimentary mini bar, but don´t get excited if you like alcohol as its only soft drinks, bottled water, tea & coffee sachets (kettle in room) chips/crisps and a pack of biscuits. No complaints though as they come in handy if you are out for the day.
The location is fantastic as you have the beach 75 metres in one direction and the Patong open air markets and bars 200 metres in the other direction, yet it feels like you are in an oasis as once you are inside the hotel you are surrounded by the lush vegetation and pool areas, so you dont hear much noise from the road. As you walk outside the hotel there is a small supermarket, restaurant, cash machine, tailor, massage parlour right on your doorstep.
The breakfast is great, and served between 6.30 and 10.30, and you eat semi al fresco. Hot breakfasts, fruit, cereals, pastries are all on offer. There is free wifi throughout the hotel which is great so you can sit by the pool and catch up on emails. A great place to stay and I would stay there again. |

“The Best in Phuket”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2011 NEW
Have just returned from my 2nd stay at the Burasari. Stayed 14 nights in the Elite room overlooking the pool, really spacious room, the day bed on the balcony was a great bonus. Fantastic breakfast, everything you could ask for. Staff are the most friendly beautiful people, nothing is too much trouble. If you are looking for an alternative to the larger inpersonal hotels you cannot go past the Burasari. The grounds are not large, but beautiful green surrounds with 2 pools. Location is the best, walking distance to everything. Our family & friends have also stayed here and they have not been disappointed. A truly tranquil place, I am looking forward to my 3rd stay here. |

“Beautiful Hotel! Best Buffet Breakfast ever”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 19, 2011
We stayed here for 7 nights in a Premier Grand room. The bed was massive. the room very spacious. had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were always very friendly and willing to help. The buffet breakfast was amazing! awesome selection of foods. we also dined in the restaurant twice while we were here and the food was beautiful. entertainment at dinner time was also good. the location is excellent. only a min walk to beach road and the beach. close to markets. convenient store right next door. the pool is good. although your smack back in the middle of the hustle and bustle of patong it is very peaceful. we enjoyed retreating to the bar each night before heading to bed sipping on some very yummy cocktails! would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting patong and we will definitely be returning on our next phuket trip!!

“Lovely quiet resort”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 19, 2011
Lovely and quiet, close to everything at Patong beach. Lots of greenery & water everywhere. We had a direct pool access room which was very clean and kept as such every day, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was great with a good service and variety of food. The free mini bar of 1 Chang beer, crisps, biscuits & cool drinks each day was much appreciated. The two pool areas were nice and relaxing and the juice bar at the front of the resort made the best juices in Patong, I loved them. After a big breakfast, the juice was my lunch. |

“Perfect resort”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2011
Perfect resort, just one minute away from the beach and also close to the shopping area and the main strip with bars and discos. Cause you are not in the middle of the going out scene you will have a very peacefull stay. Also you should take the thai massage at the Spa, it was delicious!!! Rooms are comfortable and spacy enough. We had a premier room, but thats perfect enough and you have more privac.y then a room directly on the swimmingpool. Staff was very friendly, everyone smiles to you!! Stayed there from nov 8th til nov 14th 2011.
If you like thai food, then visit the restaurant Blue Horizon in Patong. Very good dishes for just less then 4 euros. You can find the place also here on facebook. |

“A hideaway in crowded Patong beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2011
This is a peaceful resort hotel close to all the action at Patong beach yet, inside, a delightful resort hotel. Rooms have novelties (get one with direct pool access) and the facilities, while not extensive, are more than enough for a quiet stay, especially if you love to swim as the hotel has a network of swimming pools and channels. I normally avoid hotel breakfasts; they're usually poor, but here the food is delicious and plentiful.
I'll certainly stay at the Burasari again. As is often the case in resort areas, accommodation varies tremendously with the big chain hotels charging far too much. The Burasari is an example of that hidden find; five star quality at a three star price. The only minor difference is that the staff, while friendly, are not quite as professionally clued-up as big hotel staff. Give them a chance though and you won't regret staying here.

“Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!”
We walked in to see if we could get any rooms in this hotel after experiencing the worst hotel ever and because we had 5 people, we had to get a room which is big enough to fit 3 beds. So we were offered the premier grand ( they didn't have a picture at the receptionist to give us an idea of the room but they offered to show usmthe room itself which was fantastic) and we were already very happy with the looks of it. However they couldn't put 2 rooms side by side as there wasn't 2 rooms available side by side. Anyhow we agreed to stay and we were asking for the rate. We were given a rate and a friend and I were doing some calculations and feel that maybe it's a little too expensive for our other friends. Looking atbwhat we're going through, the manager gave us a discount (which was an excellent one) so we were all happy! We were due to check in the next day. So when we got to burasari the next day, we were told by the receptionist that the manager has upgraded us to the elite room so that our rooms could be side by side! We were more than happy to hear this! Now that's what I call an excellent customer service! The rooms we hv are now much bigger than the one before overlooking the pool and has a day bed on the balcony. Total bliss! Staffs are all friendly and i've not encountered any mosquitoes in the room. Great selection of breakfast. |

“Burasari is paradise !”
I stayed here in from October 17 to 27 this year. I travelled with my parents and my 2 children aged 9 & 12. We had 2 Premier pool access rooms. These rooms are amazing. 3 steps and you are in the pool which often had beautiful flowers floating in it!! Our rooms included breakfast which had the most amazing choice of food to start the day. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, shopping, 10 minutes walk to Juncelyon and Bangla Road. Patong never seems to stop but the moment you step into this resort you are in paradise. It is surprisingly quite once inside. The staff can't do enough for you. Nothing is to much trouble. From check in to check out we had no issues at all. We ate most meals in the hotel as they were very cheap. Burasari is exactly as it appears on the website. The gardens and pools are spectacular. If I return to Phuket in future I would not hesitate to stay here again. |

This is the second time I stayed at the Burasari. I tried another hotel but it was so bad even though I had paid already I booked out and went to the Burasari. Again a wonderful experience. Cant say enough for the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel. I felt very safe being there alone, and will certainly go back again and recommend it to my friends. |

“Peace in the Middle of Patong”
The Burasari Hotel is a peaceful haven from the crazy streets of Patong. I was travelling with my sisters and elderly parents on a trip through Thailand. I wanted to stay somewhere close for my mum and sisters to be able to shop, but also somewhere we could relax. The Burasari is perfect!
We had a seated check in after our long trip down from Bangkok which included cool welcome drinks. We were then taken to each of our rooms. We chose 3 Elite Poolside rooms. These were rooms with decks that lead to steps in to one of the 2 large pools. There was still plenty of privacy because there are lots of trees and gardens around the back of each room. On each deck is a large day bed with cushions to lie out on.
The rooms were nice basic rooms. A large bathroom with a very large tub (shower overhead). Though my mum slipped and fell getting out of the shower on our last day as the tub is high up from the floor. Please be careful! There are also some very beautiful bathroom products provided in these rooms. We noticed that they were not provided in the lower level Premier rooms.
The soft drinks, bottles of water, chips and one can of beer in the mini bar were refreshed free of charge each day. That was a nice touch. And my sister would tell you that the best area of the hotel is the area where breakfast was provided. It's so beautifully decorated and peaceful. It was the perfect place for all of us to meet and plan our day. At night time it becomes a restaurant for dinner and a live Thai dancing show. It's really cool!
I've left the best feature of the Burasari until last in my review. I can't speak highly enough of the people working at the hotel. They were so friendly and were going out of their way to make sure our family were accommodated well and were looked after. Nothing was ever a problem. They helped us with weighing suitcases, finding transport to out of the way places around Phuket and even provided English language newspapers to my dad every day.
The Burasari really is a beautiful resort located just steps from the opening of the Otop Markets and the busy Patong beach and beach road. It's ideally located for those who don't want to be far from the action but also want somewhere peaceful to relax when they get back to their hotel. I can't recommend this place enough.
Room Tip: The Elite rooms are all on the second level of the hotel with nice big balconies. The Elite poolside rooms lead right in to the pools. The premier rooms are on the top level. There is quite a lot of street noise so ask for a room a little further back from the front of the resort for a more peaceful experience. |

Staying at Burasari was my favourite place of travel so far! Our room wasnt ready when we arrived because we got there before check in time, however for a small fee we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite for our 10 day stay. The lunch by the pool bar was fantastic and the spa area was amazing. The Burasari Resort was beautifully maintaned with vines hanging fromm the walls and on the outside of the building made it feel like we hidden away from any noise of busy Patong. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and again and I dream of going back... Thankyou!

“Good Location but expensive for Phuket”
Reviewed September 30, 2011 NEW
Philippines Airlines had a labor dispute that forced my wife and I into alternative routing – 5 airports later we finally arrive in Thailand and the Burasari Hotel. Only stayed here for two nights wanting to find a less expensive place to stay. The location is very good with only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Our Elite room had a wonderful lanai with a Thai bed that looked over the meandering pool. Although surrounded by buildings it feels like you’re in a tropical garden. The hotel staff was courteous and attentive. The breakfast was good with a variety of items to choose from including personalized omelets, fresh fruit and featured both Asian and Western cuisine. For dinner we ate in the restaurant and enjoyed the Thai food while being entertained with traditional Thai music and dances. |

“Good Location and excellent service”
September 28, 2011 NEW
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (paid SGD314).They upgraded us to the elite room at no extra charge.
We requested for airport transfer from the hotel and they charged us THB2000 (two way). When we reached the airport, their staff is already outside waiting for us and he greeted us with a smile. The hotel used Toyota Camry to ferry us to the hotel and provided us with cold mineral water and wet towels when we get on to the car. This hotel is very near to the Patong Beach and has a number of 24 hours shop nearby like 7-11, burger king. So you don't have to worry about finding food in the middle of the night. The room is cleaned daily and they restocked the mini bar (4 cans of soft drinks, 1 Chang Beer, 2 bottles of mineral water, 1 packet of chips and 1 oreo) daily. The free wifi provided by the hotel is fast but each time only one device can log in to use. |

“Loved Burasari!!!!!”
Reviewed September 25, 2011
Hi Guys just wanted to say a big thank you to the Burasari Resort staff as they were amazing!!
We stayed for our honeymoon in March and Loved the hotel as it was such a central location and could walk to resturants and lots of shopping. The staff cleaned the room everyday and re stocked the mini bar for FREE!! This was the best holiday ever and loved that we can hop on a Tuk Tuk and went to Karon beach for the day which i highly reccomend. For a hotel that was in the heart of it all it was really quiet and relaxing and everyday we looked forward to coming back to swim in the pool where we ordered different cocktails and hot chips. Also the swim up bar was pretty cool!!! We stayed in the newer section so ask for that! Every night we went out for dinner and if you see a place called Tropicana [ across the road from Patong Beach} the food was amazing and Cheap. Could not have found anything better unless you have kids then stay across the road called the Holiday inn where that is amazing for Kids! Have fun oh and if you get time go to an island called Koh Lanta very remote island off Krabi it was amazing also. Best Holiday ever!!! Cheers and good luck
Room Tip: There is pool access rooms that looked great but we just did a standard room and ask for the Newer section>

“Fantastic location, room and pools!”
Reviewed September 21, 2011
We're currently staying in an Elite Pool Access room and still patting ourselves on the back for making such a good choice!
The room is cleaned daily, the mini bar (soft drink and chips) is then replenished, and the bed is super king size. The location is also fantastic, only 100m to the beach, Hard Rock Cafe and OTop markets around the corner, and Marriott next door which has good take away coffee. Then there's the daily Burasari breakfasts which is full of variety and the Burasari Spa which do fantastic massages. Also, we made good use of the hotels tour desk to book ourselves on an organized and a private tour - very helpful and well priced.
Free wifi throughout the hotel is another bonus (I'm using it now), as is finding the swim up bar :) All in all this place is a fantastic choice if you're after a clean, friendly, well located hotel to return to from the organized chaos of Phuket. |

First time staying at Bursari and was very impressed. Staff are always smiling, happy and friendly. We stayed in an Elite room overlooking the pool . Lovely surroundings, away from the madness of Patong Beach, but within 2 minutes walk. Free internet was a big bonus and the complimentary mini bar was appreciated. Breakfast was fabulous and had great atmosphere. Provision of international power point was innovative, didn't need to "borrow" one or go out and buy.
Stayed at Banthai on a previous visit and really liked it there, but found Burasari even better, in every way. We would certainly make Burasari our preferred Hotel when we return to Patong.

I have to say I had a great experience there. The staff, mostly are friendly enough, however they can do more by offering help. I wanted to change flights back and there is a local Thai number to call. At the very least, the recep can offer to call and assist me because that's a Thai number with Thai speaking staff... Still a gd overall experience for sure. |

“Great for couples”
We stayed at the Burasari for 5 nights and totally recommend it for couples.
The rooms are large and have a huge balcony. There is either a two person swing or a divan on the balcony that easily fits two people.
The mini bar is complimentary but does not include any alcohol.
Breakfast is served in an external area which allows you to enjoy the beautiful Phuket weather.
Location is brilliant. You are one street away from Patong Beach and there is also a 7 Eleven about 50 meters away.
The staff were very nice when we needed them.
There is a pool but we went to the beach mostly and didn't notice too many people using it either.
There is a massage / spa service which we totally recommend. Yes it is more expensive than outside places but it is definitely better quality and more professional. |

“Wonderful time @ Burasari”
I have been to Phuket many times and stayed at many hotels but this my first time In Burasari Resort and it was certainly a wonderful and pleasant experience. Check in staff were fast, courteous and polite, gave us a nice cool welcome drink. Our rooms were not ready, since our flight was quite early in the morning. They took care of our luggage and we had an early start on our walk to Patong beach, which is just a minute away and shopping and Spa. Our rooms were a good size in the 3rd floor with the balcony facing the pool. It was a nice view and the balcony also came with cute swing for 2 persons. The beds were huge, comfortable and the LCD TV was also huge, The mini bar was free and they top it off everyday. Breakfast was a tad boring, but they had all the stuff you usually find in standard hotels. Best of all, its the location. Walking distance to all of patong but yet a little away from the noise and buzz.
Its not the best hotel in patong but certainly one of the better ones, i have stayed and i would'nt hesitate to recommend it to anyone and would return there myself anytime. |

"Burasari = Brilliant"
I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and highly recommend it. We had a pool access room which was very handy and the drinks inside the mini bar were free and refilled once a day. The cleaners were efficient and every time I asked them to make the room, it was done by the time I got back, in some cases 30 minutes. The staff are also very friendly, and we hired a motorbike several times, and there was even a security guard out front to guard it at night for us. The location is also right near the beach and everything we had booked showed up on time, for example mini buses to events or speed boat to Phi Phi Island pick up. The best 4 star hotel I have ever stayed, but I recommend the pool access rooms. Also, they have bars and restaurants throughout the hotel and they played the same music every night, so that could be improved, nevertheless, extremely happy with our stay! Oh yeah, and buffet breakfast every morning was delicious!! |

“great value and position, and we will definitely be back!”
Super hotel, great position. Close to the beach, in fact over the road. Near enough to all the action and night life, Bangla Road, however, away from the the noise of all the restaurants and bars. We could walk anywhere easily, including Jungceylon Shopping Mall. Patong beach, great for swimming, warm and small waves. Godd shopping and massages within the area. Centrally situated and it offered very good value. Staff were friendly and most hospitable. Comfortable and clean.

“Good clean resort and close to beaches and shops”
This trip was the fourth time that we had stayed at the Burasari and we have never had any regrets. We are already planning our stay there for next year. The resort has two pools with a pool bar and two hotel type pool tables We choose the Elite rooms whicg are quite spacious and have a day bed on the balcony. The restaurants are good, their is a drinks bar as well as a juice bar. The resort has just opened "Naughty Radish" a salad bar. The resort is continually upgraded itself. It is about 100 metres to the beaches and shops. We find the staff very obliging and helpful. Of course we know most of their names.

Great hotel with great service and location
Located in the heart of Patong beach, good ambience, great service
We stayed here for 3 nights in the Elite Thai room, and we really loved our room and the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel which showcases Thai dance during dinner time, and it is great to see some local Thai culture blended with the service. The dancers even invite you to dance with them, and they make you feel at home. The ambience is great, it feels like you are located in the midst of nature, and yet experience the convenience of staying in the heart of the most exciting beach |

“A real jewel in lively Patong, a mix of amazing beauty, top location, quality and value for money. Must try!!!...”
I've been to Patong Beach several times on a 3 days getaway from Kuala Lumpur in 2010/2011. The 2nd time, in December 2010, I stayed at The Burasari Resort and felt in Love with the hotel, that I did found AMAZING!!!...For the first time I stayed at the 5 star Holiday Inn Patong and I definitely choosed, from then on, The Burasari as my favourite hotel in Patong Beach as for Beauty, quality of the staff, food, entertainment and top location too. The hotel arquitecture and decor is outstanding, featuring something liKe a tradicional Thai palace, where every small piece or corner contributes to the heavenly perfection of the whole. The rooms are spacious, unspotted clean, nice views speccially over the marvellous swimming pool around the rooms, high level cleanliness with no mosquitos at all --difficult to get in Phuket...-- and lovely balconies with oriental cosy beds or, better on the ground floor, entering directly to the water of the swiming pool through private steps underwater, sided by luxurious tropical vegetation...Simply perfect ambience!!! Swimming pool is unique, pure Beauty, surrounding a central wooden solarium deck and running under its transparen water the private entrances to every room. So you can open your ceiling to floor window and enter immediatly and directly into the pool...
Room amenities are very nice and always well provided.
Staff are outstanding, they couldn't do better for you, always very efficient, polite and with a Nice smile. Food is great, from breakfast buffett to dinner tradicional Thai food, served in a lovely open air restaurant similar to a beautiful tropical garden water sided.
The only "less" I found was the absence of International cuisine at the restaurant, but the quality of the Thai genuine cuisine was enough indeed, and you can find hamburguers, sandwiches and so at the hotel cafetaria. Every night you have living show at the open air restaurant in a tradicional Thai ambiance
The hotel is top location, in front of Patong Beach you can reach it in 2 minutes walk, and
walk distante from all leisure, including night and day shopping, restaurants, bars.
At the same time it is a friendly price, is a great value for money...
If you're looking for a perfect and heavenly Home in lively Patong Beach I do recommend
the "MAGIC" Burasari Resort, you must try and see by yourself!!!...

“Lovely secluded and value for money”
Stayed here 7 nights in Feb with my husband. Its pretty much as you see on their website the rooms are very clean and well stocked each day. The grounds were very clean as well, and the 2 pools are great. Decent variety at breakfast but nothing too dissimilar from your typical buffet breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful, good tip is get your laundry done next door much cheaper!!
Great location and close to everything, once inside the resort its very peaceful and relaxing. You can hear the fireworks from the ebach but you get used to it.
The juice bar is lovely and they are freindly making jokes as they make your drinks. |

“The nicest, cleanest and well appointed Hotel we have ever stayed in. A+++”
As soon as we arrived we were made feel welcome. We stayed in a pool access room which was just beautiful. Walk out on your private patio, lay on the queen size day bed or slide straight into the pool.
The staff were friendly in all areas, pool side bar, BBQ area, reception, restaurant and even the cleaning staff.
I read reviews about mould and mildew at different Hotels. With the climate of Phuket it's not surprising to see moul and mildew everywhere. Burisari was exceptionally clean from the bathrooms, pools and surrounds as well as the different food service areas.
This is a place we will come back to stay.
Just one minor downfall. The wireless Internet is FREE but we had to put up with it dropping out regularly. |

“Cannot wait to go back!!”
Burasari is the best resort we have found in Phuket. We have previously stayed at Kata Beach and also at Sunset Beach resort both of which were nice but being in the centre of Patong was far better in regards to having easy access to everything from the beach, to restaurants to shopping.
Some people say not to stay in Patong which is why is took us three visits to finally decide for ourselves that we prefer to stay in the heart of it all. The Burasari is perfect in this regard as its away from the noise yet allowed us to walk to everything rather than spend money on taxi's and tuk tuks.
Try the amazing pool access rooms if your budget allows for it.
The resort is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is very peaceful and also has an fantastic lunch bbq (costing around $6 per person) and salad bar. (we loved this as we didnt need to leave the resort for lunch and it was still very cheap unlike other resorts we have stayed in). |

“return every year its so AMAZING!!!”
100% FANTASTIC.. picked Burasari for our Honeymoon and have now returned every year since..we have taken friends with us and they have enjoyed the stay aswell. the hotel is in perfect location approx 100m walk to the beach and 2 mins to the main patongO top shopping and bars.
perfect location and safe of a night time once your in the grounds of the hotel its like a hidden romantic hide away, the gardens are so lovely the walk ways always clean the staff are so friendly you just feel so welcome,(the bell boys even help me carry my shopping to my room!!!) i just cant resist a bargin.. .i found our rooms to be very clean simple but enough space nothing beats a free mini bar which is refilled daily.the bar and restaurants are relaxing and very yummy!!! misty bar is very pretty of a night time all fairy lights and big comfy lounges to relax or otherwise your only a few moments walk out on the streets for the night life bangala rd is a good walk but always some thinking to see!!! but the hotel does have thai entainment every night.
i would rate this the BEST HOTEL we will be returning again i cant get enough of this place highly recommend a pool access room the best feeling waking up a quick dip in the pool before breakfast or returning from a day shopping and having your own private steps into the pool.. communication with hotel staff is so easy most staff speak perfect english, and or try their best and are such lovely people we have always booked our accomadation direct with the hotel which will also save you some $$. breakfast included great deal i must say the egg station is great fresh omlettes made just the way you like it.. the hotel manager is always around drop him a hello his always good for a chat. happy holidays

“Loved hotel, 2 minutes from beach and close to nightlife”
Me and my fiancee booked the hotel for 14 nights at the end of june/beginning of july. we really didnt expect the hotel to be as it was. it was like arriving in a tropical hotel but in the middle of patong. Was made to feel really very welcome by the staff and was soon checked into rrom
Rooms were lovely, free minibar everyday was a treat, free beach towells and beach bag were provided, free buffet breakfast each morning was amazing, tropical setting was heaven (although mosquitoes loved it as well) and the spa was to die for. would highly recommend the massages in there
Overall we struggled to find fault with this hotel. everything we could of asked for and more. would highly recommend to couples or families as it is a 5-10minute walk into the nightlife but the walk is along the beach so you hardly notice it. Restaurants down the beach are amazing also. Will definately be back in the future

“A Real Oasis on Patong Beach”
Stayed @ Burasari during the long weekend & had a fantastic, relaxed stay.
One cannot imagine to be in the center of Patong Beach while staying @ this peaceful resort.
Even due to high occupancy, the resort gives plenty of options to enjoy a quiet & relaxing weekend.
Recommendations :
Just for You (Juice Bar) : Detox Special. Very refreshing, especially after a "heavy" night.
Naughty Radish : Rajin Cajun Signature Salad
Kantok Restaurant : Red Duck Curry
Spa @ Burasari : Vichy Shower Treatment |

“What a hotel, loved it and we will be back”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2011
Stayed at Burisari for 7 nights in early June with our son and his girlfriend. Fantastic staff and the accomodation was really good. We had 14 nights in Phuket and chose, (before leaving Aust) to move to another hotel at Karon Beach . Stayed at Centra Karon Beach Resort. Not a par on Burisari. From Tum on Reseption to Jackie in the Breakfast Buffet and Lin in the Pool Bar, you could get a better bunch of people. It is the staff that make a hotel and Burisari is bursting with great staff, I don't remember all their names apart from the ones mentioned but there all have a smile, a friendly Sawadee ka (think that is how it is spelt) or hello and heaps of helpful hints on Patong Beach. Next time we are in Thailand, probably early next year, we will definately go back to Burisari. It is central to beach, half a block, central to shopping, half a block, in a very safe area, and about 3 blocks to Bangla Rd. It has everything going for it. Loved the place.
Room Tip: All rooms are great

Hi, I'm Debbie, stayed in Room 3233 from, 8/6 to 12/6.
I would like to express my gratitude to a Customer Service officer at the lobby whom I didn't get to know the name.
I only knows he the only one wearing Bermudas instead of long pants.
On 9 June 2011, my sister and I waited at the lobby for transport to come and fetch us to Phi Ph i Island but we waited for an hr and a half without seeing anybody coming along.
He offered his help upon seeing us looking so lost. He help us to call the office which it's too early, no one pick up the call. He told us if nobody comes for us, we can ask for refund since the receipt has the address. I felt so much relieved upon hearing this,:). So we waited for another half hr and decided to go back to our room and told him to call us if any transport people come along. He called us about half hr later telling us, he had called the office again and the person is on the way to fetch us.
It our 1st trip in Phuket, we are so glad that we met someone so helpful. We hope that you can convey this message to him. We are very grateful for his help and sorry for responding to him on certain times due to the language barrier.
We would definitely visit your hotel again!
Thank You
Warmest Regards
Debbie Goh

Sa-wat dee kha Malai, and Papornpan and All of the staff at Bura Sari
I think I must have believed that you would just telepathically know what a marvellous time I had at your resort – how is that fair? So although this is very long overdue and late, I would like to express my great appreciation for my recent stay at your resort – every single thing that I was wanting and hoping for was delivered by the Bura Sari.
First and foremost, Bura Sari is truly one of the cleanest places I have stayed in my whole life – I don’t really want much from any hotel accommodation I use but I do insist on it being clean. Bura Sari delivered cleanliness in a seemingly effortless way, and certainly unobtrusively; even the people cleaning the swimming pools could hardly be seen or noticed, and definitely did not interrupt in any way. My room was extremely comfortable and every single thing that I could have needed was there – I particularly liked having so many hangers to use – I know how silly that sounds but in most hotels you get barely four hangers for two people and with a week’s worth of clothing that means things hung up over other things and balanced precariously on shelves. That was not the case at Bura Sari and everything that I wanted to hang up there was space and hangers for.
The staff at Bura Sari were most attentive and most helpful – our check in was handled for the most part by one of your interns and her attention and politeness started our stay on such a comfortable and welcoming foot – especially given that we had to endure a horrid flight delay making our arrival to Phuket late; with the very quick response we received during check in, that delay was almost completely forgotten. The staff at the restaurant each morning to serve our breakfast were all friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, and the people who took care of us at Misty’s bar a few times, were so polite and attentive – they actually made us want to stay there even longer (a very clever tactic).
Overall, there is nothing that I could say was wrong with my stay at Bura Sari – it is the perfect location, Bura Sari is positioned in such a way to make everything so accessible and easy to reach; it is definitely suited to adult guests and the fact that there were not lots of children around was much appreciated by me; the staff were polite and friendly and spoke English well enough that I felt that I was understood in all of my requests (not that I had many because everything was dealt with before I even had to ask or consider); Bura Sari was clean, comfortable, welcoming and safe.
I have spoken very highly of the Bura Sari to all of my friends and colleagues and most importantly have let my travel agent know as well that she should feel most comfortable about booking customers into your resort – word of mouth is after all the best advertising. My only regret is that it took me so long to find the Bura Sari; that I have to wait so long to return and that you are not just down the road so that I could deliver my note of appreciation in person!!! My intention is to return to Patong in May of next year and I have already asked my travel agent to book me into the Bura Sari. Now I have something to look forward to.
Bura Sari helped to make my most recent visit to Phuket such a joy and I thank you for being part of my new Patong story.
I look very forward to seeing you again next year.
Please give my regards and appreciation to everybody who helped to make my stay such a pleasure.
Thank you.
Khorb koon muk muk kha.

Love Burasari! They are a class act and professional...”
June 9, 2011
We stayed for a week and really enjoyed ourselves. It is in a great location and is a perfect way to experience Patong in a luxurious yet affordable way. The rooms were clean and air conditioned. Also, I am a big towel nut and I can confirm that both the beach towels and bathroom towels were top notch.
Burasari has a great dining option called Naughty Radish as well. they serve fresh salads which is near impossible to find in Patong. Seems like all the other places are focused on unhealthy foods. These guys do it right...totally worth it.
The staff at the hotel were great. Hats off to the girls at the front desk who helped us store our bags for our overnight trip to Phi Phi. One of the managers, named Connor, made us feel right at home as well. ENJOY!

“SIMPLY THE BEST PHUKET HAS TO OFFER”
June 8, 2011
We just got back from the most relaxing 10 day stay ever at the Burasari Patong . I am a regular visitor to Phuket for the last 15 years or so, each year trying a new resort and finally I can say I need not look any further. Everthing from the location, helpfulness of the staff, to the rooms and quality of food served all left me speechless.

A very uncomblicated hotel in Thai-style.
The garden is inside the hotel also. Birds are all over the hotel.
we have paid for classic room, but beause we have stayed for 12 days they offered us upgrading to elite room free of charge. so we got a fantastic room with big terrace and view to teh poll and garden. breakfast was realy good with both thai and american/english dishes. the staff was very helpfull. for us the location was fantastic, close to beach and the city just around the corner. but very quiet during the night. |

“We will be back again.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2011
This hotel was good. We were a bit disappointed when our room turned out to be at the back of the hotel and overlooked the building next door. We had booked well in advance and were staying 8 nights. The staff were more than happy to change the room and we could not have been happier. It was great. Full LCD 42" tv. Complimentary mini bar topped up every day. The pool bar is well stocked and the Misty Bar makes very good cocktails. The location is also very good. Close enough to the beach about 100m if that and all you could want is within easy walking distance. The ambience is very tropical with lots of plants and trees placed all through the hotel. The rooms are large and well equipped. Breakfast has all you could want. All in all a lovely hotel/resort. Pool access rooms are available too.

“Great location - great staff!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2011
We stayed at the Burasari hotel in Patong beach Phuket 5 nights in May, Elite Pool Access room. The location is great, just off the beach road and very close to all the attractions. Food was good. Great ambiance, good little bar area, nice garden, rooms clean and spacious.
A special word about the staff - very attentive and helpful! And Miew, the young lady who checked us in, went above and beyond her duty to assist us to make our stay enjoyable - a very friendly and helpful girl!
Our only 1 small complaint...it seems the air conditioning in the reception area is not working, as it was stiflingly hot in that area and quite uncomfortable...easy to fix I'm sure!

“great for quick break to Phuket!!”
May 30, 2011
Stayed for 4 nights at the Burasari over May Bank holiday and really liked the resort and location....just next to the huge holiday inn that is there and you just cross the road to get to the beach. its difficult to find a good hotel near / on the beach in Patong as it is quite a busy place but the Burasari was well positioned and not right in the centre of all the nightlife but just a 200 metre walk to main street with restaurants and shops. The hotel is / has been under some refurbishment but we stayed in the Premier Wing which was very clean and spacious, we tried the spa out twice and Nina was great there and we will try to go back...Toon who looks after the front desk was a great help pointing us in the right direction and gave us a lovely farewell on check out too and we promised to come back. over all great value for what you pay here. we had the breakfast daily which is very fresh and good selection of western dishes an ate next to the pool two times but didnt eat in the rest at night as we tended to head out into town. Thanks Burasari!!

“Refuge of Luxury and Relaxation in Patong - don't look further!”
May 31, 2011
Patong can be quite crazy at times - great for a party scene and great beach. Burasari is great if you're looking to relax and take advantage of an incredible hotel. The pools are lovely, just like the pictures on the website. The juice bar, salad joint, and restaurant/bar at the hotel are awesome - I didn't want to eat anywhere else. I took advantage of the spa and its the best I've been to in Thailand - very professional and courteous. The rooms are immaculately decorated and I enjoy hanging out on my terrace reading my book admiring the garden/pools area. Don't look further in Patong!!!

Lovely hotel, short walk to beach and main street
Large rooms with direct access to the pool from deck
We thought the Premier Pool Access room was a bit small and not all that tidy (leaves blown in on floor) so we upgraded to Elite Pool Access room without any trouble and the room was beautiful. We were very impressed with the facilities (free bar fridge contents replaced daily) very clean and tidy. The view outside our room was amazing with direct access to the pool from our deck. Staff were helpful and friendly and room service prompt with delicious extensive menu. Altogether an awesome holiday spot |

Amazing place, on the quieter end of Patong Beach.
The pool, the spa, location, friendly staff
The hotel was wonderful, and the staff were extremely friendly. Actually, the only complaints that I can think of about our stay were toward other guests. The hotel works really hard to keep everything perfect, and its a shame when you see guests stepping out cigarette butts on the floor, leaving empty beer bottles around the hotel, and littering. To the hotels credit, they were polite (even to the guests that were the problem) and just made the extra effort to follow them around cleaning up after them where they went. The hotel is on the more peaceful side of the beach, a 15 minute walk from all the bars and nightlife, and a 1 minute walk from the beach. The spa is amazing, and was well worth what we paid. There was a problem with the wireless internet in the rooms and public areas, but it was because of a guest that was bit torrenting (downloading) from their room. The internet was great the first few days of our stay, and although the hotel tried to find which guest was responsible, they didn't have much luck. Fine if you just need some web pages, not so great if you need to make Skype calls. Compared to the other hotels, the place is a deal. All in all, would stay there again. |

We booked the hotel for our honeymoon. We got an excellent sized room. Free drinks from the room ref. The hotel staff were friendly and even gave us a free cake and fruit basket for our honeymoon. Lovely hotel and service with a smile
The best place to relex and feel the holiday
The Burasari Resort is a truly wonderful place to stay. Our poolside room was very relaxing. The domestic staff do a wonderful job. On our return after the day's activities, our room was always made up perfectly and the fridge re-stocked. The meals at the restaraunt were always of a high standard wi.... First time I have stayed at Burasari adn I highly highly recommend it! I had the most wonderful time and the place was amazing..I mean amazing!! Do yourself a favor and stay here- close to beach/shopping and cafes. The place is beautiful with lagoon pools. Burasari resort has an excellent location - it is a 2 mniute walk from the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach. The ambience inside the hotel is really nice - its green and you don't realise how close you are to the fairly commercial Patong beach. The service is great- we got a free upgrade as we had .... Will be staying here again in furture and will recomment to all my friend to stay there anf feel the through of what the life is.. |

The hotel is beautiful and very good. Charming, great room beautifully decorated and
comfortable, breakfast delicious. Staff polite and great breakfast. Swimming pool and delicious bar. The night has a gig in typical restaurant with several male dancers and dancers with costumes beautifull. Cross the street and is already on the beach and close to the ballads. Ocean blue and white sands. Daily cheap for what it offers.

“A Refuge away from the noise and Chaos of Patong Beach”
Burasari Resort was beautiful. So tranquil and peaceful. Water ways, water features, pools everywhere. You enter from the noisy street outside and the serenity of the resort envelopes you immediately. The staff always had a smile and a greeting for me. They were always ready to help with any enquiries whether in regard to something in the hotel or a favourite beach that they thought I would love to visit. Nothing was no trouble for the staff. The breakfast was plentiful in the morning with a huge selection of hot and cold foods. The "egg-station" was something I had never experienced before and I loved it. It was so nice getting freshly made poached eggs. The room I had was lovely. Calming and neutral decor, with a nice blend of Thai and Western characteristics. It was fantastic having such a huge (extremely firm) bed. The free mini-bar was a nice extra touch. |

Pretty hotel close to the action
Pool, large rooms and comfitable beds
This hotel was good value. It is very traditional Thai style with lots of greenery. The room are modern with large TV and beds. Good size rooms in gerneral. Would recommend if you are interested in the nightlife or shoppin market at end of road. The rooms are unaffected by noise as there are double doors to block noise. I would not stay in the pool access rooms if you want privacy. Was very disappointed with breakfast though. Eggs fine although the slads and fruit did not look real fresh. |

“Amazing hotel and great location”

Im 17 and stayed at the Burasari with my mum, friend and twin sister. WOW this is a great hotel, i couldnt say enough about it 2 minute walk to the main Patong beach, less than 10 minute walk to bangla and a little more to jungceylon shopping mall. The staff here are soo friendly and helpfull, especially Tum at reception, he is very funny. as i said we were there for thai new year (worlds biggest water fight/48 hour party) everyone got into the celebrations with water guns buckets of water and colored powder, the atmosphere was amazing. The rooms, no matter if its the basic or most expensive are all extremly clean, modern, bright and spacious with a mini fridge stocked ever morning with cans of drink and water all free of charge. complimentary breakfast is great and there is a seven eleven right next door and supermarket just aroung the corner. The burasari is in a great location within the heart of patong and i couldnt think of anything negative to say about it besides i wish i didnt have to leave. My sister and i are going back next year for thai new year again in april and will deffinatly stay here again. |

the room was really big. the bed was also very big. you can get a lot of things in the room such as a free mini bar which is replenished everyday. you will find an umbrella and a bag filled with beach towels for you to bring to the beach. well thought out! the place sounded really serene late night or early morning due to the sound of the water and the chirping birds. would highly recommend the place. |

“Best place to stay in Patong”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2011
We always elect to stay in the pool access rooms, nothing better then waking up and walking out into your pool. This being our 4th stay at Burasari we are treated like family and the staff are always smiling and friendly towards us and nothing is a problem. Even the cleaners are friendly and have great big smiles everytime they see you.
We have never had a problem the 4 times we have stayed there, Conor the Manager is a real asset to the Hotel. Great man to chat to and he has alot of respect off the hotel staff as they all speak very highly of him. If there is ever a problem Conor would be there to help you sort it all out which gives you added confidence.
Bar staff are also very friendly once again that big warm smile makes you feel very welcome.
The size of the hotel won us over on our first trip small enough that all the staff know you but big enough that its like a hide away from the noise and goings on of the outside world. Location is great just a short walk to shopping and bangala Rd.
Overall great spot for honeymooners as that was our first stay our honeymoon and thats why we have gone back for 3 more honeymoons since.
We will more then likely be back again for another holiday in the near future as the hotel and the staff really do make you feel as though your family.

“Great spa and nice location”
I stayed at Burasari with a friend for 2 nights. The room is quite small but comfortabl. Our room was quiet. There are 2 swimming pools in the hotel, which are really nice to rest. The spa has some amazing massages with are reasonably prices for a hotel. Don't miss the fresh fruit juice on the right of the entrance, they are great!! There is free Wifi. I recommend this hotel.

“A little paradise in the heart of Patong”
We stayed at Burasari after friends we met on our last trip stayed there and we liked the location of the hotel. Check in was prompt and we were upgraded to a honeymoon suite for the first night which had a cool patio area with an outdoor bath and sun chairs.
For our next 4 nights we moved to a superior room which was still nice and we had a balcony overlooking thje front of the hotel and could people watch from here. The hotel offers free mini bar each day with soft drinks, water, beer and some snacks which is great. Room was good with a nice bathroom, king size bed, tv, fridge.
Another cool thing was they provided a beach bag that you can use on day tours etc. The pool at the resort is really nice they are surrounded by trees and the pool winds around the deck in the middle where you can sunbake. The only downside is the deckchairs can be reserved and it is sometimes hard to get one.
For food - brekkie is really good - the egg chef is great and good range. The food we had by the pool was pretty average so we would just venture out to Patong for lunches. The location is good with 7-11's close by, O top markets at the end of the street and main beach right at your door step. There is also free wifi in the hotel.
Overall I found this hotel to provide a great peacefulness once you step out of the craziness of Patong and the hotel has done well to keep this up. Overall a great place to stay |

“Burasari is Purfect”
We had an amazing stay and can not wait to go back. The Burasari Resort is a boutique style hotel, we found the staff very frendly thought they dont speak much English but always did their best with a smile. I loved the hotels design made me feel like I was in Thailand and not in some over crowed commercialised chain Hotel. We stayed in the Glam Splash room which had pool access we loved it, had a day bed on patio perfect for relaxing after shopping and enjoying a cocktail from the Pool Bar. Free Breakfast in the morning is great and highly recommended. Rooms cleaned everyday if you like and free mini bar restocked they supply 4bottles of water, 6 little soft drinks, 2 small beers and chips and 2 pks of Oreo cookies what more could you ask for?? Free Wi Fi worked great for me in our room. The Spa at the Resort is amazing the best massages I treated myself to a few. Very close access to the beach about a 1min walk and handy to 7Eleven and OTop markets and other shops and Restaurant's. My husband and I had the best time and will be returning again. We went at the end of Peek season which was great as everywhere was not so crowed. The only thing was a few mozzies but just kept a mozzie coil lite which kept them away, |

“Beautiful, professional, relaxing, well organised.”
We had such a great experience of the Burasari, my now fiance and i, that i had to write a review. They were so professional and helpful. They met our every need. they helped us wherever possible. Their rooms are spacious and grand and the design and decor is really tasteful. They provide items in the minibar for free, replenished everyday as well! The tour operator at the hotel will provide you will a selection of day trips with insurance and that come highly recommended, and organise them completely for you without hassle. The pool and restaurants are top quality. The staff are friendly and helpful. The resident African Grey, Paxo, who is shy but entertaining nonetheless, helps add to the exoticness and welcoming atmosphere at the hotel. we had a great experience, i cannot think of one issue and complaint we had. We ended up getting engaged on the balcony of our room, so the hotel will be in our thoughts forever. We have since recommended it to friends of ours, who are going there on their honeymoon. Thank you Burasari.

“Just loved it would certainly stay again”
This is our second time in Phuket, but first stay at this hotel. We stayed about 12 months ago after 2 weeks in vietnam we had a beach break on the way home. We are a family of 4, Mum Dad and 2 sons on their 20's.
From the time we checked in we were greeted and shown to our rooms quickly, the staff were lovely.
Our rooms were clean and well appointed, we had a swim out room with a day bed on the verandah. The hotel was undergoing some renovations while we were there, however, we didn't have any disruptions from this at all.
Breakfast was excellent and catered for all needs.
The location of this hotel was fantastic about 50 metres to the beach and about the same to the markets behind.
We had such a lovely time we cancelled going to Kuala Lumpur for a few days and stayed on.
Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again. |

“Hidden Gem, Beautiful Resort”
This is an amazing place to stay which is right in the heart of Patong Beach but is secluded and quiet at the same time. There are two beautiful pools, one at each end of the resort and the day spa was fantastic. The staff were so polite and the treatments were wonderful. The resort is a 2 minute walk from the beach and is within walking distance to everything else as well including (Jungceylon a massive shopping mall). |

great location opp the beach, friendly service
great buffet brekky, had dinner there one night, fantastic food & entertainment
Room was cleaned on a daily basis, air-conditioner on any time of the day, room was spacious enough and had views overlooking the pool area. Two pools, one was a large pool with deck chairs and the other was a long pool with deck chairs in the centre, the downside to this was there were too many trees surrounding the chairs which shaded the area too much therefore limiting your suntan. Great location, shopping strip close by, clean beach opposite, friendly staff. Beautiful day spa for massages etc but a little expensive for some treatements
Travel tip : Go to famous Bangla road, great nightlife and shows (for adults), Restaurant:- The Seahag restaurant on Thaweevong Rd - Patong (5 min walk from hotel) best seafood platter in phuket and believe me we tried many!!! Phi Phi island and white water rafting is a must!!! have fun we did

Nice place to stay in!
Great location, friendly staffs, beautiful place!
This is my second time staying with Burasari, and their service standards never fails me. I stayed there with my husband the first time, and with some other friends this time. The friendly people at the front desk are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are reasonably spacious and very comfortable. Great variety of breakfast selection. Only 2 minutes away from Patong beach. Easy accessibility to clubs and shopping centers. Many dining options available nearby. I will definitely recommend Burasari! |

Nice room, beautiful design
Environment is good
The bath tub for the Honeymoon suite outside is big and comfortable, but did require a quick wash before jumping in. Gaps from the low backyard wall may lose you some privacy, but don't think anyone will fully stop and stare at the inside. Overall, beautiful room, super spacious, free mini bar. |

The service was excellent and I must commend La in the housekeeping department and Kung and the other staff in the fruit juice shop at the front of the hospital.
We will definately contact you in the future as we are planning to return to Phuket in the new year.

“A Tranquil Paradise in the Centre of Patong”
I have never felt the need to wrote a review on trip advisor before. But everything about the Burasari in Patong was just PERFECT so I feel that I need to share so others can experience it too.
We were attending a wedding on Karon beach and were in a group of around 20 with various ages including children.
If you are looking for a boutique hotel but with larger resort services this is the hotel for you.
The running water, streams and pools through out the hotel make for a lovely ambience.
The rooms are lovely and the FREE mini bar is a great perk, the bed is gigantic! Another nice touch was the beach bag given with the beach towels.
Breakfast was amazing the selection over whelming - but we soon got my head round it, my partner relished in being able to have noodles and bacon every morning and I loved the egg chef who made eggs to order (omelette, fried eggs, boiled eggs ,poached etc).
There are two pool areas, and both very different but with the same beautiful ambience waterfalls and greenery around - so relaxing.
The beach is literally a five minute walk away - it really may aswell be part of the hotel complex!
It is a walk away from all the shops, the shopping centre, Bagla Road - GREAT location.
Lunch was amazing when we visited the Naughty Radish Restaurant/Cafe, they make salads to order and cook the meat and sea food fresh to order - i cannot tell how much I LOVE the salads here I really want it to be in Lee on Solent!!! They also make devine smoothies and fruit juices, I recommend the Detox - Yummy!
Onto dinner at the Kantok Restaurant - reasonably priced authentic thai food - with traditional entertainment - dancing thai girls and boys and a band playing whilst you eat - the Burasai definitely make sure you experience authentic Thailand.
The room service was from the complete menu, and you could order anything from a burger to Pad Thai, it was presented beautifully and I must say we did treat our selves to room service on more than one occasion.
The bar was well stock with great service from the staff - always smiling and happy to help - especially when often transcended on the bar in a group of twenty with kids running around!!
The FREE wifi was great and such a breath of fresh air to be FREE!!! As most hotel charge an hourly or daily rate - of around £4 a day!
The SPA is one of the best I have seen although I did not get any treatments - my friends did and they said it was an awesome experience and the best SPA they have visited. They se top quality projects with exceptional staff.
Customer service is second to none and I must say that Ardy, took it upon herself to become our host and made our holiday the best we have ever had. THANK YOU Ardy.
We will most definitely be going back!!!
I have already been recommending the Burasari to my family and friends.
In summary - Burasari...
Amazing Boutique Hotel, Amazing Location, Amazing Food, Amazing Staff!
A Must stay at hotel.
Thailand - Amazing.
I now have to get ready to go to work, back to reality - dreaming of when we next go back to the Burasari, |

“Nicely landscaped - too many trees..!”
Booked a poolside room which was nice. From the room there was a secluded balcony and steps into the one of the two pools. Both were nice. The room was fine, the bed is a bit too firm but I slept OK.
The design of the hotel, especially the amount of trees and plants means there is very little sun on the balcony and in general around the pools. There also doesn't seem that many sun loungers for the size of the hotel though the beach is less than a minute away.
Breakfast was adequate without being stunning. Fruits, yogurts, hot food and egg station. Quite a lot of mosquitos around and a number of bites. The free mini-bar was a nice touch.
Staff seemed quite helpful and friendly. The Naughy Salad restaurant next door does a good helthy alternative.
Free wi-fi all around the hotel. Didn't appear to be a gym which was disappointing.
Outside the hotel, there is a tour operator in front of the 7-11. She was super friendly and arranged tours and taxis for us to the airport (650 baht for a nice comfortable car).
Patong is very commercial, an abundance of restaurants (strangely a large number of pizza places), constants haranguing by DVD, clothing salesman and a slew of massage opportunites though it is all done with a smile.
The Burasari is about a 15 minute walk from the Paradise Centre and the main hub of gay bars and clubs. It's a nice place - whether I would stay there again? Not sure. |

“Perfect boutique resort in the heart of Patong beach.”
I love every minute of my last stay at Burasari. It is located in the most convenient location, 2 minutes walk to the beach and just a short walk to the walking street where all the nightclubs are. 7-11 store is right in front of the hotel and it stays open 24 hours.
The hotel itself is being hidden in the heart of Patong, surrounding by a lot of plants and waterfall. I could just spend the whole day relaxing and reading by the pool. The hotel restaurants offer you a good vibrating menu with a very reasonable price, with pretty much the same price as other restaurants on the street would cost. I love the Thai restaurant called Kantok with classical dance show performing every night. The beef massaman curry is to die for. I would say it was the best massaman curry i have ever had, recommend if you are a big fan of curry.
I and my partner stayed in the Elite room type. The room is spacious with a massive king size bed, a big flat screen TV and the balcony overlooking the pool with a day bed. It was so relaxing that we wanted to stay inside the hotel all day but then again we didn't want to miss out the sunny afternoon on the beach. Make sure to keep the balcony door closed at all time to prevent you from the mosquitoes. It seems to be more of them on the tropical climate country than back home.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I've seen a lot of reviews here complaining about language barrier. It might be a bit of issue but do keep in mind you are traveling in the country where English is not their mother tongue.
There is also a spa in the hotel, I haven't got a chance to try it because it was booked out when i wanted to do it. There's so much to talk about my holiday at Burasari. It's the best combination of all. If you are traveling with your partner and want to stay away from the family hotel type, Burasari would be the perfect one for you. I definitely got more than what i paid for. |

"Great location and cozy room"
Close to beach, market and at the quite side of the area
we booked premier room and got upgraded to elite room on the upper floor with cozy room. the complimentary umbrell in the room and by the concierge helped alot during the rainy days we were there. the beach friendly sandals in the room were fantastic like one of those crocs unlike the cotton thin sandals in many resorts. beach towels prepared in the room within a bamboo basket just add a nice touch. bed and lines were comfortable. they helped us reserved a table at a nearby restaurant without a hussle and even managed to reschedule as it was raining hard and we needed time to change clothes. the local taxis are plentyful in front of the hotel and they didn't charge crazy prices to us unlike some places. we got options of suvs, sedans and they were clean. |

Top design boutique hotel
Large room, fruits prepared, free mini bar
The stay was very pleasant, with a nice room, good quality buffet breakfast. less than a minute walk to the beach, 5-10min to the Patong night club street and shopping center. if any, the only down side is the sense of pressure to pay tips for every little thing the lobby person does for you, even if you didn't want them to. i guess that is more of the commercial culture in Phuket overall. good service never the less. |

Beautiful Tropical Paradise
Compact and the feel of a lush rain forest
We stayed at the Premium Grand which had a beautiful large day Bed in the Balcony. This is my 3rd stay here and the previous times I stayed at the Classic and premium room at the Darra wing which was nice, but this time the Balcony overlooking the pool was just perfect. I usually have brund at the then Floyd's Brasserie but they stopped it after he passed away. the buffet spread used to be good, I hope they bring it back. Location is also near the beach. Overall, Very good. |

“Best restaurant in Patong”
We ate here many times during our last two week trip. We have been to Patong 3 times and have eaten in many places but this was by far the best. My favourite was the duck red curry and my husband loved the Mussaman. As a chef my husband tends to want to try many places but after eating in Kantok we both wanted to go back again and again.
The service is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. They also provided traditional Thai entertainment which added great atmosphere. |

"Felt like part of the family”
This was my second time to stay at the Burasari (having previously stayed in the Sangria mood room in August 2008), and this time I chose the Premier Grand room. I was traveling with just myself and 6 month old baby boy, and from the moment we arrived we were treated like family.
The room was huge, with a small balcony facing on to the street - very noisy outside, but once the double doors were closed it was nice and quiet inside, with great aircon. The aircon was a little bit noisy, but this was actually a benefit for us, as the white noise helped my son to stay sleeping a bit longer. The bath was huge and deep, I could sit in it, and have my bubba in his pool toy boat down the other end easily.
I availed of the babysitting service on several occasions, which is staffed by the housekeepers. The level of care is excellent and I can highly recommend it! My son loved them and they loved him, often coming to play with him in their free time too :-)
The buffet breakfast has a great variety with ommlette cooked to order too. I got some free time to eat when the staff would take my baby to play with him on the swinging daybed, which he loved.
I really enjoy having two pools to choose from, although the older rectangle pool is a bit cloudy sometimes (they were treating it one day with a big pump machine). The bars are very relaxing to enjoy a few drinks at too.
I would recommend the Burasari to anyone looking for a more boutique hotel experience in the heart of bustling Patong. |

This hotel is amazing. The pool is absoutely stunning. The rooms are small but very clean and stylish. The sheets are good quality... The staff are lovely - and the restaurant / room service is of a high standard. The drinks are sensational and they have a great happy hour - 2 cocktails for 200 bart! Great hotel - couldnt recommend it highly enough. The hotel is just a short walk to patong beach and all the markets, but is its own little oasis. |

“Best Holiday Ever”
We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. We were a family of 8 adults and 2 babies (4 and 2 months old). The hotel catered very well for babies and were very helpful. They offered baby sitting services and even just took the babies for walks whenever we were eating.
The facilities in the hotel are fantastic with two pools to choose from. There is also two relaxing bars and a chill out area with pool tables. They have a great hotel restaurant and also a BBQ beside the pool during the day |

The Burasari Hotel Pantong- A Hidden Oasis
Fantastic hotel if staying in Patong. You get the feeling of thailand in its appearance not the boring western style of many branded hotels.Breakfast was over the top and delecious, we never had any lunch as we ate so much breakfast. The minibar was a shock I have never been to a hotel that gives you free softdrinks, water and a beer every day. The room was neat and tidy and had everything we needed. Room service was quick and the food perfect. The beach was a 60 sec walk and so was the shopping. and the famous Bang-la road nightlife was a 10 min walk. You only need transport to do the sightseeing stuff. Very central hotel but don't be worried that it might be too noisy or intrusive because it wasn't. I would definately return to this hotel if was was to stay in patong. |

pros-hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. the juice bar located at the front of the hotel is sensational. try a fresh pineapple/orange and ginger juice, mix it up with a little vodka for a twist- delicious! the rooms were clean and a great size. the bathroom had beautiful mirrored mosaic tiling which was just gorgeous. food available at the hotel was great!!!

Good location, comfortable hotel
Near the beach, close to everything
The hotel is nice and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the restaurant puts out high quality food. While the price is definitely higher than it should be, the convenience is priceless. If you are traveling with kids, you may want to opt for the Premier Pool room where you can swim right out of your room. Breakfast is great! The check out was quick and painless. Recommend that you shop around for a rate less than. At its a bit pricey, however remember that each time you sit in a tuktuk, you will pay anywhere in Patong. Considering that, paying a bit more is okay. Calling the hotel and asking for a good rate, may get you one better than anywhere online. |

Intimate with Thai features throughout
intimate and private pool entry rooms, great breakfast, nice music playing throughout the day from the bar
even though it could do with a paint the location and privacy of the rooms was great, the breakfast was varied, the dayspa is very professional the pool was clean, the bed/linen/and towels were always fresh and house keeping was quick to come to any small requests. The free mini bar was a bonus. Not for children but great for couples. |

“Lovely, really lovely”
We had eleven nights in Patong for the second part of our honeymoon. The hotel is just lovely. Decent food at breakfast, catering for all nationalities and diets. Out front they had just opened a brand new juice and fresh fruit drinks café that was superb. We had a pool side room which was a bit decadent but well worth the extra we paid. Only problem we had for the whole stay was the room safe; we had it changes about three times but it still wouldn’t work. However we didn’t have anything go missing as I think the hotel security was pretty good. We will come back to Patong soon and certainly stay here again. The hotel made the holiday and I would fully recommend it.
Room Tip: Go for the pool side room - well worth the extra

My husband and I stayed in Burasari for 7 nights in Feb in an elite pool access room and had a fantastic time. The room made our holiday. All we wanted was to relax and chill out and it was perfect for that. The deck with day bed was very private and the room was quite spacious. The free wifi and mini bar daily top up were a bonus and the breakfast offering was pretty good too. We had a number of meals in their resturant and room service and enjoyed them all. Like most places we've stayed, there was a slight musty smell but not so bad that it was an issue. It was as their website said, 50m walk to the beach. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The spa treatments were also very good. Excellent value for money. |

Excelllent hotel and staff
Central location, friendly obliging service, unbeatable breakfasts and nice cool swimming pool.
We completely enjoyed our stay at the Burasari. The hotel had plenty of character and the staff were faultless going out of their way to accommodate our needs and any requests. They were extremely friendly and made you feel welcome. On a hot day, we found the temperature of the pool to be very cool an refreshing. The breakfast was as good as any five star hotel. The whole family would highly recommend the egg station and the custom made omlettes. On the last morning one of my daughters was going to the airport at 4am to catch a separate flight the the staff even prepared her a takeaway pack with pastrys and juice. |

Perfect Location
I liked the fact that my room had it's own private access to the pool
location of the burasari hotel was perfect, we could walk to the beach, shopping, nightlife and entertainment. the staff were genuine, attentive, polite and professional. the information and advice they gave was accurate and honest. resort food was fresh, varied and plentiful. especially liked the private pool access, complementary mini bar and free wifi to rooms. rooms and bathrooms could do with a little updating, but next time i return to patong beach i would definately stay at the burasari hotel again. thank you for a memorable and relaxing holiday. |

Great room - Typical Patong pong!
I stayed in one of the ground floor rooms with a private day bed and steps down into the pool - awesome. The room, whist a little dated, was well kept and clean.
Mini bar has a beer and a few soft drinks, oreo's and chips which are complimentary and restocked daily.
The restaurant is good, and the breakfast is very good. |

Best Resort at Patong Beach”
We stayed for 14 nights over the Christmas period last year (2010). Our stay at the Burasari was well above and beyond what we could of dreamt of. The service and people are truely amazing. Breakfast daily is a huge ++. Very clean, nice room. Beautfiul pool areas and bars. Christmas day lunch was amazing and catered for every kind of taste. The daily FREE top up of the mini bar is a great added extra. Also nice to have the room cleaned and bedding changed everyday that we were there! We honestly wouldnt recommend anywhere else to stay as the Burasari is close to everything and has everything you could want. We have already booked to go back this Christmas. |

Burasari Hotel Patong Beach Phuket
When we first walked in we had second thoughts as it was a smallish hotel, but as soon as we got to our room we were very pleased. The size of the room was fantastic. The location was very central, in fact I think it was the best location in Patong. Kids were happy with the free wifi which kept them in touch with there friends. And I have never heard of free mini bar - although it wasnt jam packed but it had drinks, beer, chips and biscuits which was fantastic. Tom our concierge was extremely helpful, we booked our day trips through the hotel which was easy and not stressful. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and I have to say the breakfast at the Burasari is best we have had, the variety and freshness of the food was 5 star. Downside, the toiletries are pretty lame and the first three nights we had very roudy neighbours who were having a good time at the early hours of the morning, so we didnt sleep much, but you can get there anywhere I suppose. Also I didnt' think the pool was anything amazing. Am pleased that hotel.com recommended this hotel as this was our first time in phuket. I would recommend this hotel but would stay somewhere different next time only because we like to try something new everytime. |

great boutique hotel in central location
The Burasari Resort is located half a block from Patong beachfront. Despite being so close to the main area it is a quiet oasis. Check in was smooth and speedy
- a refreshing fresh juice was offered on arrival. We stayed in Elite Pool Access room on ground floor - 3117. Room large with kingsize bed and huge bathroom with large plunge bath, rainhead shower, hand held shower, double vanity basins and large mirrors. Large glass window separates bath from bed area with timber venetian blind. Flat screen tv, 2 cane chairs and small table, bedside tables with great reading lamps. Outside balcony has queensize day bed with power point access and steps into pool.
Heavy curtains with sheer curtains over for privacy during the day. Complimentary mini bar is replenished daily - water, softdrinks and beer.
Resort has 2 pool areas - one near the main entrance and a larger pool behind the restaurant. Swim up bar available with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. Cocktail of the day 2 for 1 special. Huge variety for breakfast - fresh fruit, cereals, Asian porridge (congee), hot American style (bacon, tomato, potatoe, sausages, baked beans), rice and noodles, bread and pastries, cook to order eggs, pancakes, cold meats and salads, fruit juices, coffee and tea. If you cannot find something to eat then you are fussy!
Minor cons - shower water on the floor in one corner, no rail for hand towel in bathroom (only one over the bath), sheer curtain had marks on it.
Dinner in restaurant includes live music and traditional Thai performance - did not eat in hotel so cannot comment.
I work in the travel industry and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to my clients - I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be in the heart of Patong. |

"The Burasari Resort is a great place to stay for singles and couples WITHOUT KIDS, it is very much geared towards that market which is great for me! Nothing more annoying than screaming kids! There were some young teens there but were keeping themselves occupied easily and seem to be having lots of fun there. Leaving there parents to relax a bit!
The Resort is very well set out in a great location very close to the beach, shopping and night life, but when you return from the hustle and bustle of Patong you seem to be in another world! Calm and in a relaxed setting!
The Resort is starting to show its age a bit and does need a major renovation to get everything working back to normal, The tsunami of 2004 would have really had a big effect on the resort!
The Staff in general where excellent, very friendly and very helpful.
The Breakfasts where excellent, great food!
And the Free mini bar and WiFi (not the fastest but its free and you are on holidays, no time to be stuck on the net) were a great touch.
The General Manager is Conor O'leary (a Irishman) he is a very nice guy and if you are having trouble getting something fixed up or something is getting lost in translation it is easier to speak to him direct in english and he will sort it out!
We enjoyed our stay there very very much and would go back there again anytime.
I hope they do a major refurbishment soon as the resort set out and postion is awesome!
I wish there where more resorts in this style around! " |

Lovely Hotel so close to the beach
Burasari is a lovely hotel that is very close to the beach. About a ten minute walk to Bangla Rd however you can walk along the beach front and the walk is enjoyable. The hotel staff were great, very helpful and friendly. We received a free upgrade to a larger room which was very clean, comfortable and lots of room including a day bed. The two pools were nice but a little small but with the beach so close this wasn't a problem for us. Many food options available at the hotel with a number of privately owned eateries within the hotel which would be handy however we chose to eat at smaller local restaurants. Great hotel, would stay here again." |
